21:15 it’s called gua sha, it’s a Chinese stone for face massages. It defines jawlines and relax you skin. ❤

Just a quiet tip dido, most of those triggers work best with the microphone beanie/cover.

I think that the scourer and the jade roller would really work well on some sort of mic cover, I've always loved crinkly plastic on the mic but honestly a normal one would work too. Pretty sure they'd make lovely sounds on non-metal textures and other triggers

It’s called a gwa sha it’s used to reduce face fat and get a more defined jaw line I think
