I know even when she says oh sorry you might hear my cat, or I'm at my parents, so it's not as quiet, It's still super quiet, and I never hear the cat lol.

It’s a study technique where you work for 25 minutes and then take a 5 minute break. You repeat this four times and then get a longer break. Sarah does really great “study with me” videos in this format. You should check it out next time you have work to get done and need extra motivation :)

As a spanish person, your spanish is AMAZING. In the video you say that your accent is not perfect, but you can definitely hear the mexican accent you got from living there. I love your whispering vids

I love your pomodoro videos and can’t wait for a fantasy one!

If you have that problem with your knees, the pain when bending them, the creaking noise, you feel them when squatting, or going down stairs... at your age it most likely has more to do with your muscles rather than the knee itself. I've done high jump, long jump professionally. Also played a lot of tennis and squash... and I used to have the same issues, but there is a lot you can do. Usually at our age, the problem are the muscles around the knee. When they are too strained, they can pull the kneecap slightly to the side which causes the creaking noise, it is often also responsible for most of the pain. If you do the right exercises to stretch and relax your muscles (just google the exercises from some osteopath or physiotherapist), you will see massive improvements - maybe even a complete pain free knee again. If you need any tips, do let me know :)
