Something you can do is trap villagers, use a dispenser to dispence armor at them, and they will put it on, but you can't see it. Keep up the great work.

That piglin that was glitching probably had a crossbow with quick charge 6 or above making it impossible for it to load because the time would be negative

you should make beds for the villagers so they can sleep so you feel better not torturing them

To save room in ur echest, u can put shulker boxes filled with different things. For example, u can have one for food, mob drops, ores, tools/ weapons, etc. That's wut I do
