8:33 Sculk sensors that were set off by entities (apart from projectiles shot/thrown by the player) will not alert sculk shriekers. So although a sculk sensor will pick up the sound of a bat, if there is a sculk shrieker nearby, the sculk shrieker will not get activated because the sculk sensor was not set off by the player.

The reason the Warden spawned after you already built the switch is that ilmango’s design is outdated. There’s a hint of RNG to it now because if you get unlucky it’ll spawn anyways because spawn mechanics were changed.

Great video man, bringing back memories of when I did the same downgrading thing in my world to get god armor. I also stopped by version 1.11 to get bows with both mending and infinity. So you might want to go again for that if it's important for you.

Yeah I've learned that elytra tends to be way better for raiding ancient cities, you open a chest, then fly away. Also, when you activate a warden, you can just build up 19-20 blocks above the highest ground point and the warden can't hit you.

I found 2 silence trim in a single ancient city and i was not even looking for it the ancient city was under my base how lucky I am. The silence armor trim has only 1.2% chance of spawning😆

I went on an adventure in my world recently and by the end of it I started heading back, but before I got back there was a huge mountain that I figured had an ancient city below, so I went down and opened the first chest and there was a pair of trims in there, I also found another silent trim on another city later.

All things considered, you got really lucky with finding the silence trim. It took me 16 ancient cities and hundreds of chests opened to get a single one, and I got 20 ward trims and 47 notch apples before that. Also, I'm guessing 107 diamonds.

First of all, we should acknowledge the turtle in the room. I love, love the small turtle totem. It adds character and the best custom one I have seen so far. And, I don't know if it was intended, but I like how the wool of choice is green. It keeps the theme going. Talking about the video feedback, you killed it with editing. The music is cool and solid. The videos are far more enjoyable than before. I don't mind your very relaxed voice of yours if you keep up with this quality... I mean, the warden fight was epic... I still love watching you struggle a little... I have noticed that the captions are gone. I don't have to say that I love it. But I DO. I really thought they were a little in the way... I have two different sets of maxed out netherite armor (not god armor yet but I plan on upgrading them at some point). The one I use most of the time has thorns and redstone raiser trim. The other set is for building farms and such and doesn't have thorns on it for obvious reasons, it's got emerald with the raiser trim. I like having thorns for everyday purposes specifically because it's helpful against skeletons or if I'm afking and happen to get run up on by a zombie or something (been killed that way before and it sucks XD). I definitely understand why most people opt out of using it though. I am curious why you don't like soul speed though, never heard that before.

What version were you playing on before downgrading? I'm on the latest snapshot and tried downgrading to 1.14.2 but all my stuff in my inventory disappeared and after going back to base all my chests were empty. I'm thinking that my version is just to different than 1.14 to work.

Yeah, but with an enchanting table, you can’t get all of the enchantments added together and if you roll the update back you can but you have to be really lucky and it might take two or three tries 😅😭

I started my Hardcore world in 1.14 to get to god armour, I got 2 barrels of it, (don’t ask why it’s a barrel) one barrel has armour with thorns, and one without. I also went to 1.17 to get a blue axolotl and deepslate emerald ore, and then 1.18.2 to use update suppression to make a tile-entity-swap for a god particle farm…

how does he find all those ancient cities? ive havent been able to spot one after it got added unless i went creative mode and used the locate command

So If you dig into the center of snowy mountains that’s how I found my first 2 after that I used chunk base to find them!

It is sometimes! I can’t use it anymore really because when I downgraded my world it corrupted it! And yeah usually a bigger one but any as long as it said the biome works!

Hahaha I did! It was because I forgot a layer of glass I think I mentioned it a few min later but if I would have made it the wrong direction it would be broke too but thanks for the look out!!!

I did but I guess they updated warden spawn mechanics a bit so you get some RNG

so if u see this.. i want to start a channel so i made hardcore world and rushed everything and got stacked and built a mega base. then in the last 3 hours if the recording of the main base building and stuff i cant skip. its just black screen and the game sound. soo what do i do? just start a brand new world and completely stsrt over. or re create on the same seed and basically do the same thing over again.. please answer

Fire protection, projectile protection, and blast protectuon dont stack if you out then on multiple armors like protection does, jusf a fact

Haha actually if you watch his vid they do just not exactly 4 pieces like if a arrow hits me only 3 of the armor pieces will help same with blast ect is what the vid said i believe
