I think you did right holding it after you 5x’d the revenue. I would have made the same move. But sucks it died immediately thereafter. However, if you create a plan for the site and stick to it, you will have a better time. So for example, when you purchased the site, if your goal was to flip asap, you would have sold asap. But if your goal was to hold for a year, you would have worked to that goal. Providing structure to a process that really has none, makes this stuff easier to manage. Hope that makes sense, but that is what I do with flips. Thanks for the great content as always James!

Super helpful. I spent the morning trying to list my Shopify store on Flippa. Still working on it as I am struggling with the .26% fee (not .10%??) and upgrade package they say is optional but I can't get around it demanding. Still you gave me some very helpful info, ideas and answered questions I did not know I had. Very much appreciated!
