I have been doing KZread Shorts last six months, and what helped me the most was that I found out that you can give your videos (even the long ones) the initial dose of views and likes (I am mostly using Famester for this, just because of the fact that I never had any problems with it really great service). So for the people who make a lot of these, it's like always being one step ahead of the algorithm.

I did shorts to try it out and I can tell you that KZread makes absolutely no sense to me at all. I was surprised when I had almost no views then jumped to a relatively modest number of views when I hit over 1300 views multiple times. My subs were growing quickly and it seemed to be gaining momentum. Then suddenly after about 3 weeks I suddenly dropped to 1 and 2 views....ONE AND TWO VIEWS!!!! How does THAT HAPPEN. My videos were getting no traction whatsoever and then I finally knew what everyone meant when they said their videos were suddenly being taken out of the algorithm. I do believe it luck or KZread pushed your videos into visibility one week then makes your videos completely obscure the next week.

When your initial shorts are doing well KZread will push new uploads harder however if you have a string of poor performing videos they are likely to not recommend them as hard initially making it harder to pull views.

But how on earth did I drop from 1300 - 1400 views then suddenly my next video and every video after went to 1 and 2 views. It wasn’t gradual at all. It went from 20-30 views a minute to 1 view total and no more. I could understand if I dropped from 1400 views down to maybe 900 or 600 and then gradually tapered off to nothing but I went for my absolute pinnacle, which I know wasn’t much by most standards, but for me just starting out it was really encouraging, and then I went to absolutely nothing. 1 or 2 views for every video. It made no sense at all. In my opinion it would be literally impossible for that many people to show interest and even subscribe to my channel by the dozens and then suddenly I had no subscribers and not even five views.

@@benicio1967 Notice the difference in the content. Just from a passing glance at the titles, the videos that perform better for you are those with a narrative spin, or some type of character development, or unexpected element. The simpler "thing doing thing" videos don't get as much traction. Looks like you just need to work on your titles/hooks.

It’s common. Over time those videos that hit it for you will start getting views again. Maybe not a spike like before, but like 70 a day

@@benicio1967 my channel currently has 334 subs but few days ago I was at 270 subs and I was getting 20 views per day for a week. I just change the style of the videos from edits to funny moments because if there's high retention you are getting more views. and now my videos are hitting 5k-7k views a I believe one day some of my new format videos will go viral. Also when your video has good engadgement for example 5k views got over 30 subs and 200 likes youtube will push it to more people and then It's getting very big chances to go viral

Thanks for the tips, my friend. If you are good-looking and attractive, you may have a better chance of success in the fitness channel niche, in my opinion.

No specific time. Usually between mid afternoon and 8PM UK Time. This means all of europe is awake as well as america.
