I wanted to thank you 2, this year my mental health took a massive dive as I’m 35 and been recently diagnosed with autism, it kind of unraveled my mental health and skating is the one thing that has grounded me again. I’m so glad I found you pod cast I have been binge watching them you have no idea how much it has helped me. I have set my life goal to skate a vert ramp and get some air, it’s a bit hard to achieve but no undo able I’m in Brisbane Australia. Thank you guys so much.

Diagnosis' definitions change over time. Doctors are not gods. You are you, you're normal and you don't have a disorder. The mindset they consider healthy is absolutely inhuman. You do you.

Even just taking a board to the sternum when it shoots off the side of the ramp is brutal. That’s definitely a danger zone

Thank you for these podcasts! 32 y old now , been skating for 25 of them. Going trough a ankle injury now, no body can give me an answer on how long it’s gonna take to heal.. been layed up for a month now.. didn’t rip anything but it stays super swollen. Scared for this one.. 😟
