I've never seen a professional so genuinely happy to do this. That fact they allow Fozzy individually film and do go pro to get footage of the connection between fans and players and on feel atmosphere is incredible footage.

It's not the clubs it's the boradcasters who pay for the rights.

I think because of the Disney+ show it's brought allot of attention to the club as a whole and personally I've become a fan just from seeing the club from the ground up and I just love seeing the passion for the club in the fans and players

Lot of the reason you don't get the chest cam for keepers is because its a liability, on top of that it couldn't go public because then you would have opposition clubs studying your footage to learn secrets about how you perform on the field and what means what etc, so you'd basically have teams creating footage that would never go anywhere

So happy for Wrexham fans. Getting Ben back for another year will only be a positive.

Massive positive. Experienced, great morale in the changing room, clearly still has it & isn't getting paid that much even if it is a bit more than the other players because he doesn't need nor want a big silly pay-check at this stage of his career. He knows that at his age he won't be playing every game, and that the other lads that were there 1st, once fully fit, are high quality players, that are only going to train harder with Fozzy in the squad.

I see your "Hands of Foz" and raise you "The Wizard of Foz."

This seems like an absolute win for both parties. Reynolds and McElhenney already using their fame and content to create publicity around the club. Getting Fozzy on board as a top goalkeeper and a big content creator himself seems like the perfect fit for what the owners are trying to do. So Wrexham gets more exposure and Fozzy looks like he's having the time of his life there, while also getting a thumbs up to work on his own channels. You love to see it

Ben, it’s people like you that show what genuine sportsmanship is. I didn’t particularly like footy in my younger years due to a bunch of health issues - when you can’t play it, you don’t want to watch it; but a lot of my mates were, and still are Wrexham through and through. Seeing them finally get something back after years of pain has been fantastic; but seeing a team actually behave as a team, believe in something, and work as one towards that single goal of promotion has been rejuvenating towards my thoughts on the game. It was actually the USA Belgium World Cup game a few years back that made me think I could watch football if it was always like this - there was heart, no theatrics, just a will to win. I’d always disliked the arrogance and attitude I saw in some players and how they believed they were bigger than the clubs they were supposed to represent. Sport will always have that, but when you get genuine characters with a passion for just doing it right, it not only lifts that club, but the sport as a whole. You do that. Fantastic news you’re back on board, and I know you’ll have an absolute blinder
