I wish it was a longer stay, but when it really gets down to it, you did exactly what we needed you to do for us and will be a Wrexham legend forever. Pushed us over the edge and walked us into the new start. Thanks for everything!

As an American, I'm so lucky I got to see Fozzy play for Wrexham, once in the US and once at the Racecourse. All the fans are so grateful for your contribution and I'm SO EXCITED for the Notts County game episode of the documentary!

" I've let my team down, today." That comment is all you need to know about SBF to know what type of person he is. I knew when you announced you were retiring, that it was in large part due to THIS. It wasn't just for you. It was for the TEAM. Got to be a special day for you in Wrexham this year. You deserve it, as do the fans. For both on and off the field performance.

Super Ben Foster in goal! Thanks for coming out of retirement to play for Wrexham. My 74 year old American mother got into the first season of Welcome to Wrexham and was asking me about you! I'm so excited for the new season. You're a legend!

I am new to Wrexham. Started following the from the US starting last year. From my view you were a stand up guy when you got there and you are a stand up guy when you left. I feel lucky to have seen you play. I wish you the best moving forward.

They say it's always better to end on a higher note, than fade away into obscurity, but still - there are players I can never be ready to see them retire. You, Ben, are one of those. The inside look of the team talks, the gopro in goal were invaluable look into the life of a football player and will be greatly missed. I wish you all the best!

Walking away when you've fallen out of the game and can't really find a club is one thing, having a club actually want you to be there #1 and still being man enough to walk away is another. Massive respect

I grew up in a place where Football wasn't really big but I started watching it due to Lionel Messi. I was inspired by just watching this guy who's the same height as me but he is running past everyone, outplaying everyone and is considered the G.O.A.T. So I've been watching a lot of football recently and even started playing last month. I also started watching "WtW" and I cannot wait to see you on Season 2 Ben! Thank you for coming out of retirement and sharing your experience, knowledge and remaining fuel with the team and to the fans! :)

It come relatively soon after he signed a new deal. Was a strange time to retire few games in. As soon as the EFL rules prevented foz from doing the GoPro in the goal then it stopped making sense from a business perspective. Maybe was a mistake signing a new deal and emotions took over after the bus parade and so on, and the owners wanting fozzy to stay.

Silly statement. If it wasn't for Nr Hollywood, they would still be languishing, playing in front of tiny crowds. Mr Hollywood has given the club and town worldwide recognition, a boost in tourism, which equals money coming in to the town. And, as everybody has seen, Mr Hollywood has proven himself to be a normal, committed, loving human who actually cares about the players and the town. Give yourself an uppercut fool.
