Great advice by Teddy. I didn't give faints much thought when thinking of ways to fight O'Malley, who looked exceptional. In my unprofessional opinion, I believe an expert (well above average) counter puncher could take advantage of O'Malley's lack of defense after throwing his strikes. The problem would be by putting yourself in range to counter, you're also in range to get picked apart, especially if you can't counter. Other than that, O'Malley appears to be one of the most difficult fighter's to plan for. Great video, thank you!

Gotta be honest.. I think Teddy thinks his opinion is way more informed on mma than it actually is. not related to the video but yeah. he thinks he's an authority on the sport after a year of paying more attention to it. he knows his boxing but they're different sports. i'm always interested in his perspective based on his background and him being involved in combat sports for decades... but it's important to understand when you're still learning the ropes too. i mean it's whatever... he's Teddy Atlas... At the start he was more careful with commentating on the sport but recently he's realised the amount of attention he gets speaking about it so he does it more. issue is, he gets a whole lot more wrong too. he sounds like Stephen A Smith at times. if the people don't care... get your money I guess. that's just my opinion.
