If you swap the T in "Tracer" to an E you get "eracer" like eraser. So maybe if you get someone under half health and you melee them for behind they will just get deleted off the map.

Junkrag - has 1 health and does damage over time to enemies when uses an ability. Percy - Mercy is now Percy Jackson. Peinhardt - He was just dumped and is super depressed and annoying. Bombra - She explodes after 1 minute of being alive and when she dies.

Gucio or “Gooseio”; make lucio boop the ability to grab people and you press boop again to release them, for sound barrier make it so it’s a honk so loud and so majestic it kill everyone except for the lucio

"And" is actually a really good idea for a future character. Having an ultimate that essentially gives you a weaker version of a teammate's ultimate

Symmetra -> symmetre (Sim-eh-tree) she spawns life weaver trees when she ults or puts teleportation pads but the trees get low health.

zenji-replaces genji’s ult with zenyatta’s ult

Mercy to cercy (curse-y... get it?) Interacting an enemy with do a random effect (or just one if thats easier) insta kill the enemy, put the enemy's health at half even if they are below half, insta kill the cercy that used it, kill both cercy and the enemy, or nothing happens. Hope you like the idea

dva could be dvd and could eather throw dvd discs at ppl and returns back to her like a boomarang or she could play a video with her dvds that kinda acts like cctv phot age she places a camara somewhere and when she presses interact she could see from said camara she would also be unable to move and the camara can be destroyed you could also make it throwable so it could be a little better (also this one is a stretch but what if kiriko becomes diriko like draco malfoy and she has wizard powers maybe you'd have to wright the spell from the movie to activate the power)

Genji, replace the G with an H to get Henji, where whenever he double jumps he drops an explosive egg and has lowered gravity for a short time. I like this idea not just for the ability concept but also because you replaced the H in Hanzo with a G so I like the idea they traded letters

Replace the R in Reaper with B for Beaper, which is pretty much beeper, and no one is more of a beeper than bastion, so combine both Reaper and bastion somehow Idk

Junk rat- Dunkrat. He just gets a basketball and slams it on the enemies head and the enemy gets instakilled. Also lifeweaver - wife leaver, all female heroes die when he used his ult.
