Removing MJ would be so much more interesting. Imagine how much higher guys like Malone, Barkley, Reggie Miller, Clyde the Glide would rank if they had rings. We're probably talking about Clyde as the 2nd best sg after Kobe, Barkley and Malone would be fringe top 10's or just outside of it, Miller might be considered a top 25 guy who's also the goat clutch shooter. Only gets like 3 rings. Bulls = top 2 lowest scoring supporting casts to win championships in NBA history and 6 of the top 10. LeBron can't carry teams where hies teammates don't help him tremendously with scoring. Meanwhile Pippen struggled to averaged 19-20 points a game and averaged 15.7 in 2 of the Bulls finals.

I kept the rosters pretty much the same as they were IRL. With a major player no longer existing, every single small detail would be changed. Every year draft order would change because records would change after playing the team without their star. Those differences in drafting lead to differences in cap space which completely changes free agency and trades all together A change like removing a player would be a domino effect that would change literally everything. The NBA wouldn’t look anything like what we know. So to me it made more sense to keep most things the same just to see how the teams as we know it played out with lebron. Way too many variables and possibilities for me to do all the guess work of what happens. No matter what I chose there’d be comments saying it would have been something different

I didn’t dislike this video but i think it would’ve benefited from some creative freedom. You kinda just did all the same things that happened in real life, and I think a lot of the moves that happened irl happen differently without lebron around. KD doesn’t leave to ring chase if he’s already been successful in okc for example, and I think you should’ve came up with some alternate reality moves/storylines for teams

I totally agree things would have played out differently. If you take out any star player literally every small detail changes every single year. Without that star the team is worse which means other teams are beating them more often. Of course that in turn changes up draft order completely come the end of the season. The different draft order gives teams different rookies which also leads to very different cap space situations. Those cap space situations lead to free agency differences. Free agency differences lead to different teammates building relations and trying to play together down the line. You have players making different choices based on the success they may have now had like KD There is literally an endless number of possibilities and outcomes. A change like this would have an enormous domino effect. Nothing as we know it would be the same. So with such a vast number of possibilities I decided to take the route of keeping most of the rosters the same. Simply in order to see which teams, that we all know and remember, can win championships with Lebron halting their chances Regardless of how I did it there would be comments saying I should have done it differently. If I let things differ from our reality there’d be feedback saying it wouldn’t have happened like that and I should have made different free agent moves and trades based on what they believe would have happened. And then the exact opposite as well, some people would have said I shouldn’t have changed anything and should have kept the rosters the same to see how it’d play out I’ve done videos both ways and in each way people suggest I should have done it the other way. I usually find that keeping the rosters more in tact is better received by most viewers so that’s the route I’ve been going the last several uploads. Either way I really appreciate the feedback and hope that you were still able to enjoy the video for what it was!

Every single small detail would change with a major player like that no longer existing. Teams records will change just from now winning 1 or 2 extra games versus the cavs for example which means draft orders every single year would be completely different. Those different draftie locations change cap space situations which change free agency situations. There’s an endless amount of small changes and large changes that could happen. So there’s no way for me to predict or choose what “would” happen. Which to me makes the most sense for me to keep the rosters mostly the same just to see the difference that’d be with the teams we all know Whose to say the warriors even have curry or klay or dray if there is no lebron? Warriors could have a completely different pick. Same with other teams. Every single thing as we know it would be subject to change

These Spurs were not loosing the finals versus the Pacers... Also if Durant had won a championship in OKC I don't think that he would have left for Golden State. Spurs would have 6 rings, Kawhi would have left for the Lakers not the Clippers (he didn't want to play with LeBron), meaning that with two injury prone stars in Leonard and Davis they wouldn't have added any titles. Steph would have 5, the Thunder pobably would have ended overpaying for Harden if they had won, trying to repeat and it's likely that KD would have won another title at some point in OKC. LeBron created superteams, the NBA would be way different.

Not much else I could say haha. Obviously a change like that would change every little thong about the NBA. Draft order would be different every season for one Just way too many different ways it can go. So to me, the easiest thing to do is just keep all the rosters the same and see how exactly that would play out with Lebron. If I make decisions on draft order or things you mentioned like harden and kd staying with the thunder, kawhi going to lakers, there’s gonna be other people telling me ‘no that’s not how it would go. It’d be like this’ So just kinda makes most sense to me to do the way I did. I definitely considered allowing everything to change completely though!
