I'll say this in reply to your comment... it's called Southern Charm and Hospitality and when any tourist comes to my state (East Tennessee) they never want to leave us and half fall so in love with the locals/natives that they eventually move to East Tennessee. So her helping that lady is the norm for southern people.❤

I disagree. It's all in the way we were raised. Us Southerners call any age dear, hon, sweetie, and other forms of endearment. As long as they are used sincerely, it's all okay. If you knew more about Kayla, you would know she was practically raised by her grandparents, in a home with a big magnolia.tree in the front yard, and the older generation hold a special place in her heart. She sincerely thinks of older folks as being dear. It's okay Kayla, just be yourself. You are a gem.

I'm so proud of you. So many people would have just taken all that stuff for free if offered, and you gave her a really fair price and helped her too. That $2,000 day is the universe paying you back for your goodness.

This shows how appreciate us "older" woman are to have assistance. I wouldn't expect anything different from Kayla than to offer help. ❤

This was a GREAT video. So nice to give that woman $40, but no surprise. Sometimes I think that selling in-laws' stored items is easier than selling off people's own things that they have attachments to. LOVED the "SOLD" review a lot.

If someone wants to devote a little extra time examining the wiring, maybe it will turn out to be an easy fix. Also, sometimes in the process of putting away decorations, the cords get mixed up. Just because an adapter plug fits a receiving hole doesn't necessarily mean it makes the right connection. This is why I save adapters when I see them. Couldn't hurt.

The Pyrex hot air balloon small bowl goes with the large one as a dip or relish bowl that can hang on a hook in the large bowl, very valuable because they are usually broken.

I would still see if you can sell those two Mr. Christmas sets. People look for replacement parts for old sets or have the ability to fix the wiring. I got tables like those at Service Merchandise back in the early 90's. Those are in great shape.

Typically, those little mechanical rides the Ferris wheel and the Santa sky slope aren’t working because the copper wiring has become separated inside it is a super easy fix and those were so cute
