I’ve been married 25 myself and I’d never once have ever told or even looked at my wife like she needed to ask for something, but he can buy whatever?? Idk myself personally love the two but I see what your talking about as well, she should be able to buy anything she feels, especially she left a job too do this full time with Josh, always let Hayley pick up what she thinks would do good or sell, or even if she wants to keep it for the person. I’d rather my wife or daughter be able to get anything they want or need before myself, anyone who personally knows me, will tell you I’ve always said as long as my wife and daughter are good! I’m good! To see them happy and good makes me happy and good, but there both still young they’ll figure it out. My wife just told me she would always ask about spending money before doing so, but by the second month of our marriage threw that notion out the door. We are partners in everything so neither asks permission. Of course, I got the stink eye and she added - unless it concerns some of the crazy stuff you want to buy, then I want to know before hand. Yes, I'm guilty of some purchases that even I later asked "what was I thinking?"

My ex was pissed when I bought myself a new car. He said that's something a husband and wife did together. I had asked him if he wanted to go with me and he said no. It was with money I got that was from a settlement from my mom's death and I had told him when I got it it was mine to do with as I pleased. Besides the fact I was the major breadwinner. He asked me if I was going to buy a house next without him; I laughed.

So sorry to hear about your kidney stones; I'm a kidney stone producer as well. Two things have made a huge difference for me in fighting them: drinking the juice of a lemon in a large glass of water every day & taking Stone breaker with Chanca piedra. The lemon juice disintegrates my stones, but have to drink thru a straw so the enamel on my teeth isn't damaged. This really helps! Unfortunately once you've had a stone you will likely develop more. Hope it disintegrates and your pain is being relieved with your pain medication. We enjoy your videos; thank you for all you share. May God bless you and Haley!

I had a kidney stone when I was pregnant and thought I was in labour! I’d definitely say that, besides labour, it’s the most painful thing I’ve ever experienced. Hope you feel lots better very quickly x

Sorry Josh you’re in pain with a kidney stone. I just went through the same thing in August. ER -twice, 3 different hospitals for laser that didn’t work, the scope worked so far. This was my 5 time with stones. The machine that is needed is costly and travels to different hospitals due to the cost of it. So I had to travel to where ever it was. Prayers to you to feel better. Enjoy you two at the glee markets.

Josh pray that your stones passes. I have them as well. Ever since I went to the hospital I have not had a problem. My primary care doctor said that they are Asymptomatic. So far so good. I pray I don’t have to have surgery. I good right now. That’s been since 2019.

Josh- I feel for you...literally! I've had kidney stones off & on every couple years or so since age 15 (I'm 58 now). Try to catch your stone & get it analyzed. Depending on type, there may be dietary guidelines to follow to prevent a recurrence. Just in case...drink a lot of lemonade!! 🍋

My husband had kidney stones. We "captured" one to be analyzed, but the lab "lost" it. The nurse said they could be from dietary issues. She stated eating a lot of asparagus and beets could cause them. He had been eating a lot of those vegetables. He stopped those veggies and hasn't had another bout with the stones. Good luck Josh.

Wouldn't hurt to try Chanca Piedra for the stones. Might help to make it a little less painful in passing. Get it at a health food store - its nickname is "stone breaker".

I've had kidney stones and I feel your pain! One I was able to pass, which felt like bad menstrual cramps. The other one was too big to pass on its own and had to be broken up with a laser. Never again! Praying that you have no complications!!! And Hayley, I love your new boots!!!

Hey dude. I had my first kidney stone at 19. I'm 51 now. I only had to get one surgically removed, but I have passed quite a few. Anyway, my advice, dink a metric ton of water. Like at least double what you normally drink. It will hurt coming out no matter what, but if you have some extra pressure in the pipes it comes out faster. Pee more, stone moves more. The only way out is through. Good luck man

Josh, so sorry about your kidney stone! Did you know Castor oil will break up stones. Barbra O’Neil tells how to do it, but you basically get some cheese cloth or rags, and put a bunch of castor oil on your kidneys where the stone is and in those rags, and then wrap Saran Wrap around your waste and those rags so it stays in place and doesn’t get your sheets dirty… do this every day for at least a few weeks and it will break up all your stones! It's flannel you put the Castor Oil on & there are videos on You Tube about it. Barbara O'Neill has lots of good ones! If you try this, it's better to get Organic in a brown bottle (helps it keep longer). Hope you're feeling better soon!!

finding out you have a kidney stone is putting it lightly, welcome to the club. truth is you don't need the pain meds. they over prescribe and you end up taking it every day when you don't need to. when you pass it you'll know and maybe then, but honestly deep breathes and walking up and down the hall helps.

Something I learned from when my niece had kidney stones if you ride a roller coaster it helps to pass things through at least she hasn't had any more in 8 months.

A very old (50+ yrs) help for kidney stones. One of our docs used to order the patient to hop on the affected side every couple of hours....which usually caused more pain, but did work on occasion.

I feel you on the kidney stone. I have had at least10 so far. They should have given you IV Toradol. It helps the pain but also helps pass it if it is out of the kidney. Make sure you STAY HYDRATED!!!!! Best of luck and hope you feel better

I ended up getting a kidney stone at work and was peeing blood. I got to the hospital and all the women nurses were joking about it being like child birth. I told them then I'm glad I'm a guy cause this hurt. I had a 2mm stone. Hopefully you won't have to have surgery to get rid of it.
