No More Tears is my go-to album. I think it's the best produced album of that era. I probably listened to it 50,000 times. I know every nook, cranny, and nuance of it. I just can't get enough of that fat and wide Zakk Wylde guitar sound - and the solos are amazing. Great job on the reproduction! Sounds awesome! I need one of those Yamaha SPX90's!

You can find symphonic preset in virtually any yamaha gear: rev5, rev7, spx50d, spx990, spx1000. I think there is no difference between them soundwise.

I honestly love EMG passives. The actives are great for full blast distortion non stop, but I find the EMG passives are versatile with a ton of headroom, but can really growl without sounding harsh. They are kicked-around-kid of pickups, but I love mine. I wish they came in a 7 string version for my 7 string explorer knock off

You may have already thought of this but just in case...If you are getting demonetized by copyright holders due to use of certain tracks you should try making 2 videos for each Circle of Tone subject. Make a short video where you recreate the tone using backing tracks and what not that will get demonetized and link it to a second longer video with your background and technical information that you can monetize. Love the channel, good luck!

I think Michael Wagener had also brought in a 2555 Silver Jubilee during this session. But you hit hat Urie 530 EQ on the money! I don't know if the Roland reverb or hisYamaha SPX90 chorus were around anymore in studio.

Zakk reintroduced the craziness ozzy needed in a guitar sound. No Rest is a great album, with a maniacal guitar tone. I appreciate the subtle techniques he displayed on that album. Randy was great, i enjoy listening to Randy's tweaks underneath or set back behind his main hooks. I enjoy listening to what he's doing during Ozzy's vocal verses and choruses...even the subtle nuances during his solos. Randy and Zakk are where it's at for me. Taking nothing from Lee at all of course! And....it's possible that I have no idea what I am talking about! Love your videos btw!

I read an interview with Zakk around the time no more tears was released. He said he was the only one who can play his gutar, if some was to pick up his guitar and play it..there would be just feed back. Great vid man you got pretty close technically the sound was there man. Randy was awsome as as a guitarist his my favorite. I never thought of it really being happy haha I was always thinking what he was playing. Zakks sound is a blow away tho. Funny the story how john got picked, ozzy seen him playing a gig sneaking a vindaloo as he played. I'm a big ozzy fan.

My main guitar (only one playable at the moment) is an Ibanez RG. I have been a Strat player my whole life (not conscientiously preferred, but somehow keep coming back to them) and I never thought of Ibanez as an option years ago, but the RG is basically a Super-Strat and they made this thing out of my favorite wood: ASH. My other two Strats are ash bodies but they have the "vintage" frets and those frets are completely worn to nothing. This thing is awesome! The stock pickups are great even though I put a Lace Senor Nitro Hemi in the bridge (Might order one of yours if you got a ceramic magnet humbucker with coil-tapping or call up Becky Lawrence to see if they still have XL500's), it's wired with one of those 5 way super switches so the HSH has a lot of duel-single-coil Strat tones, It's got a HARDTAIL (people are demanding them so take a note FENDER!), jumbo frets (which my meat paws love), natural finish (tung oil I believe) and a 24 fret wizard II neck that's nice and wide (could use a taper or maybe a 10" radius at the lower frets for open chords or a 12-18 compound would be PERFECT for my mitts). I think Ibanez has stepped it way up to make guitars for the consumer and not just their pride (like Gibson and Fender these days). Don't get me wrong, I love Fender (I even named my first born son after Leo), but those days are long and gone... These corporate monopolies and international conglomerates are egotistical and CEO's and the suits of companies love to stoke their egos with pride as the lubrication. I know I ain't telling you anything you already didn't know but THEY (like sociopaths, psychopaths and narcissists) believe if they have the $$$ then they are entitled to tell you what you want, because as the consumers, in their eyes "are not intelligent enough to know what's best because we are too stupid to get ahead instead of living paycheck to paycheck", we are not capable of deciding for ourselves on what we want or need and we should be grateful the CEO's (whom are "great visionaries") have taken their precious and valuable time to decide what's best for us commoners with our room temperature IQ's... Sorry, next time I will keep it short and without any of my frustration filled rants (especially going off on anything you haven't heard time and time again). I will now say this: these other guitar companies and and guys like you have now a great opportunity to get your piece of the market while the giants backs are turned. You have a great channel and even though I never personally tested anything you have manufactured, I can tell you have pride in the art of the electric guitar not pride in your EGO. So with that said: I hope you steal that "golden goose" and run with it. I hope you and anyone else getting into the market, I hope you all give them all hell!

Blimps In Space I don’t fancy spending $30 a month for that. I just upgraded premier elements to handle 4k. I keep my vids simple. I’m buying camera gear to make the shots better. Like micro lenses, lighting and smooth panning attachments. So my 12 days of Hexmas vids should all look great.
