As a Brighton fan, I am so glad you did this. I've followed the team since their tenured started in the Prem and got laughed at by my soccer colleagues at work (I worked for a second division in the USA and all of them followed top 6 teams). From Pascal Groß scoring our first Prem goal to our second trip to Wembley, I've watched every game. People still laughed at me but when Graham Potter got us a top 10 finish last year and had us in the Top 6, ppl started to notice. De Zerbi has taken this team to another level. Kinda disappointed you did not capitalize on the Brighton recruitment strategy, but as a Brighton fan I appreciate the love! Thanks Cani!

i think you should start a series like that could be named something along the lines of wonder kids of the week. which is self explanatory you record it weekly doing a rebuild with all the best performing wondekids that week and try record it weekly i understand it may be a struggle like choosing what teams but i’m sure you can do something with this concept.

Best way to do development plans for me is check at the end of every month for pretty much everyone, even players who’ve stopped growing. Leaving players for a whole season can slow them down sometimes, especially if they’re close to their potential. Depends where they’re good or where they need improving, every player is different

Cani! Just a tip, you said to loan players to the same league but this actually makes their development worse, you want to loan players to a team that won’t be playing in ANY of the same competitions as you. For some reason they develop way better this way.

8:50 The raseon is that they don't actually play any games. For me I one found a player who played a grand total of 1 game! EA should fix it.

You have a glitch in Fifa 23 career mode while buying a player and if the coach tells you that he wants 10 percent of the player, you can reduce the price of the player a lot.
