Then don’t have multiple important squad role in one position? Have a starting eleven, a couple subs, make sure everyone is happy with their contract. That’s it.

Not as easy lol, especially in Season 1 when taking over a team. That's what I've been doing but still does it, really frustrating. Hopefully it gets patched
