Here is a team that really needs a rebuild: Dinamo Zagreb. They are on the really bad for this season. They won the league every year since 05/06 except for one. The big reason for their big decline in form is because of the departures of Dominik Livaković, Luka Ivanušec and Josip Šutalo who were crucial in the team. Plus it would be nice to see a Croatian team being rebuilt. You should put them in the English league because they're known for winning against English clubs. Preferably put them in The Championship.
