I read $100M Leads so you don't have to
Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
What if there were a step-by-step blueprint that could take you from struggling to sell your services - to more business and more money than you can handle - easier than anything you can imagine?
I've read Alex Hormozi's 'One Hundred Million Dollar Leads', and the lessons in this book - when used correctly - will put your business on the path to making millions.
In this video, I’ll share my ten biggest takeaways from the book, and show you why each concept is so powerful in exploding your business, how to successfully sell your service to strangers - without ACTUALLY selling - and I’ll even show you the ONE takeaway that will make you so much money that you’d be crazy to ignore it.

I love that you opened the blueprint upside down at the start of the video
Thank you so much I needed this content desperately.
There are so many people offering their services for free around local facebook groups nowadays... Thanks Alex!
I've gotten to be a fan of this channel. Exceptional always 👌

I have already bought the Content Fortress that is a really great book, you should do a video with Book recommendations for entrepreneurs and digital marketing.

Absolutely! Def worth the read(or listen in my case!)
I appreciate your breaking this down the way you have. I’ve read the book, and listened via audiobooks now a couple of times, and your explanations and steps make me want to go back and read it again and extract these key points to implement 🎉. Thank you.

Hey Wes! Love your videos! Where did you learn how to make them like this? Did you take a course? Any recommendations on where to get started?

I'll add it to the list!
Great recap Wes, thanks for sharing! I have a couple questions for you about the idea of starting out working for free. As a web design/dev agency, would you suggest doing the entire site for free or just part of it, like the home page? Maybe a better question is what's the guiding principle for determining how much work is done for free? Thanks!
Love it. Although I found 100m offers to be more helpful tbh. The philosophy behind it is a game changer.

Wes, I just started watching your channel a couple weeks ago. You do a great job with your videos! Quick question for you: have you seen your strategies work for healthcare services businesses? Specifically mental healthcare practices? Thanks so much!

Great question! We do have several folks who have mental healthcare practices that have had great success.
Nice video edit

Wondering if the “for free” and “increasing the price after5 client” strategy would work for a SaaS product where it’s highly scalable?
Disagree with the working for free. Yes you will suck to start, but never work for free outside of the freebie hook. I charged 2k for my first e commerce website. Did I make that profit back in an hourly rate? Not really. But you will work harder to ensure you deliver on a paid promise than a free one.

I agree here. However, the larger message from the book, I think, is that you're suppose to work for free if you have zero knowledge on the topic, and work your way up (And extract learnings as you go.) Don't go straight for the money unless you have experience to back it up. I think it does apply to smaller projects where the job can be done in a few hours. For longer projects, don't give away a month's work for free!

It's still important to qualify the lead. If you do free work for a bigger company or a business you know 100% will need you in the future, that's a better lead to work free on. Don't do it for anyone

Yes!! This is exactly what I was about to write, but You got here first. A year and a half ago, I started doing UGC. Got my first clients by proposing to work for free for the whole first month. My results were immaculate, even tho I was a newbie. But what I didn't know then, but do know now is this. There are 2 groups of businesses, one of them will be more than happy to continue working with You and pay the full price, because they see scaling opportunity in the future. And there's that other group of people who will repeatedly use newbies and take Your free work. But will replace You as soon as You start asking for more money. Also, the worst thing you can do is undercharge for Your services. It becomes harder to raise those prices for the same value You gave before. @@CameronAshley

Charging for work you aren't qualified to do is pretty shady
We should do an experiment with me using Noah Keegan’s method vs Hormozi and see which one produces faster results. 😅
