Ally, I understand completely! I left the airline industry after 13 years to be a stay at home in 21 with covid after 2 years I felt the pull to go back to work. Sadly, airlines weren’t a option b/c I wasn’t starting at the bottom of the seniority list again😢😢😢 in the end I decided to take a part time job with my kids school district! I don’t make a lot but, it allows me to feel like myself while also being off when my kids are…. Best of both worlds.

I like watching your videos for the variety because of who you are and your personality. It’s ok to be vulnerable; you’re human and we all feel some type of way at one point or another. I’ve felt overwhelmed many times and it’s not easy. I am in a different season of my life, with 3 kids and having just dropped off my oldest at college. I miss her so much but I know she’s ready. Its a vicious cycle, every day feels like we're doing something wrong so we have to change/fix it.
