This was so much fun. The speed was wonderful but the sound was even better. I also like how you build so many cool things without a big workshop and expensive equipment. This engine would look great on my little Jetson bolt E bike. Of course I would have to add a stabilizer to control the death wobble from the 14 inch wheels. Good one Marty.👍👍

HOLY WOW!!! i gotta say, this is absolutely incredible! I stumbled upon this video while I was searching for ways to attach a flag pole to a bike for Burning Man... have you ever heard of it? you are the type of guy who would absolutely be at home on the playa with your amazing DIY creations. Even if the jet motor didn't work and was there just for a sort of steampunk aesthetic, this would still be incredible... but you actually made it WORK!!! Hats off to you man! 😮

At least we did not get to read about a "florida man" doing dukes of hazard over an alligator while on a jet bicycle. That first time was terrifying because you had a camera in one hand, thing was not dialed... it was wobbling. Whew... I was not even there and I got scared on your behalf.

Seeing this in action confirms an idea I had, I plan on adding 2 smaller electric ones to an Ebike that already goes close to 50 MPH, I want to use the jets as a nitro/turbo boost effect whenever I need it, plus electric means no gasoline, a bit quieter, and quicker initiation 🥹 love your project brother, safe travels 😊

You enjoy making things and I enjoy watching you do it! You're a maker. That's the way God designed you. On that jet bike, I'd like to see you add a cowling over the engine. That could go a long way toward keeping any flame excursions off your flammable clothing and maybe even direct much of the noise rearward.

I was watching RCA Jets race And I thought those engines look small enough to put on a bicycle AND What do you know somebody did it right here in Tampa Did the Pinellas county sheriff give you any hassle over that. Because man I have to do this. I am technically in Pasco. And you shouldn't have to worry about that Schwinn it is a Schwinn you can basically skeletonize those things. I think you're my new hero. With the small enough kayak and that bicycle being able to be mounted to the kayak and then some kind of trailer system for the kayak to the bicycle You could fish the peak tide all over the Tampa Bay area. Yeah I think I found a new hero😂

It runs on diesel, kerosene or Jet-A. I used the first since it was cheapest and most easily accessible.

IVE BEEN SAYING THIS ONE FOR A LONG TIME. Hydrofoil jet powered kayak or at least the coleman outboard, on a hydro foil kayak. the jet powered kayak would have worked if it had a hydrofoil. too much drag having the entire hull in the water.
