"invests" not "wastes". it is a trade, that is worth it, if you can do the round trip for less than $20. however, it is true: you can't save all of the $20.

40 minutes so 1:20 round trip so probably burnt 20 in fuel but hey the savings!!
Very refreshing to see someone using all the right tools, properly while wearing a reasonable amount of PPE. Nicely done.

Those are very good & powerful engines.
"Very, very easy..." *Famous last words...
I know that the power is double, you will need to weld some gussets and truss to the frame and suspension.
Great video my man no doubt I want to tell all my friends about your Channel God bless you buddy

Great job my friend. I already subscribed. . I bought a Chinese dune buggy, super cute, but it began falling apart right away. . In a span of 6 months I had to call the tow truck 5 or 6 times. The electrical components were of the lowest quality. I had to change many parts. I had already spent about 10% of what I paid for it brand new. The warranty was very limited. . BUT, I love it. Where I live is street legal, and finding a parking space is a breeze.
Awesome vid
Thanks DIY Gang!
I've liked ur video but like usual u tube is acting up but this was a very good video keep it up
I had one of these buggys for my goddaughter (served with her father in Iraq in 09) we took her in shortly after, had a blown motor and saved for months to be able to afford a used 600cc motor to swap in it, whilst it was in the yard on the trailer, criminals broke the lock and hauled both of them away, she was devastated but I'm not sure who was more upset, her or me. Someday we hope to get another buggy and swap the motor so we can ride together.

Can you put some outboard type of spacers or relocate the perches where the shocks are, and leave the motor lined up with your drivetrain. ?just a tought . Good work, subscribed.!

This thing is gonna RIP! The engine you pulled out is actually a GY6 150cc, my personal favorite engine tbh. Yeah, as a person who's been running Chinese scooters for almost four years, the frames and the engines are good....its just the stuff ATTACHED to the frames and engines that are horrible lol. I'm honestly surprised the 670 fit!

Hey man I live in Ga too! I love your videos, I have a similar cheap go kart that I have been trying to fix for years. The steering is non- existent and that really is the only issue. Some how, maybe I could send you a photo of mine? I want to have upgraded strong parts for it and want it runnin again, keep on ridin!
@Vasily Custom Builds I highly recomend that if you could to get a older polaris Trail Boss trans because it will have High, Low, Neutral, Reverse and you can hook up a speedometer to it, You wouldn't have to worry a bought the 670 blowing up those trans because they can actually take a lot of power. and also with the polaris trans, you could hook the secondary clutch from the cvt kit for the 670 right up to the trans and they are not even that big either
Haha my local Harbor Freight great job man keep building
Woah!!! Dalton, ga my hometown

I've be going to Chatsworth to go trail riding it's just down the street from from Dalton.
Nothing like cutting everything apart instead of taking it apart
I love how many KZread’s have started making go kart videos. They are so much fun!
Was that a V-Twin from Harbor Freight? My guess from the looks of it... That buggy is gonna scream!👍
Dude, I routinely go to that harbor freight.
From the space, it looks like it should have been able to take an I4. One out of a wrecked motorbike. Wicked amounts of power.
Wish I had the old engine
Always go Full Send. 🤔
Weld up that whole rear section solid and Putin a IRS rear end. Better shocks. And have a lot more fun with it.
Hell yeah!!
My daughters gocart has a similar engine cradle (same engine) and I was wondering how hard this would be! Guess we’ll find out! Can’t wait for the next installment!

Isaac Sánchez Jin you’d be afraid of driving a 22 hp machine at 16? I’ve been driving more powerful machines than that since I was 14
Looks like you are sawing off a bunch of support that should be left on.
How do you like that titanium welder?
forged rods n valve spring upgrade 28 or 32 mm carbs or custon intake and a weber 2 barrel 32 / 34 mm car carb in the 22hp or an old yamaha virgo engine i think they were chain or belt drive manual gears
Where can you find torque converters for these predator motors?
I want to use my everlast welder and make some mods to a buggy. Got some crazy cool ideas in my head
We've "driven" 0:41 ... Otherwise, Killer video keep up the great work!!!
so can riding mower v twins be flipped on their side to run on a go kart or does the predator have something special about it to work like that?
