I like the vlog style, including the hair salon interlude. It's interesting seeing how the straight-haired live 😄. I have curly/ wavy hair, and curly hair specialist salons usually get you to wash your hair and dry it with minimal styling just before your appointment so they can see what it naturally does. If I didn't have to, there's no way I'd wash it before an appointment where they immediately shampoo it, but you do your thing, girl.

The way the lapel/collar pattern came together was extremely satisfying! I enjoyed the vlog parts too, I enjoy a beauty routine, and feel free to share your fave mascara, your lashes always look lush! I love the flowy white dress and red dress on you too, I feel the need for a square necked red linen dress now … but I have to remind myself what looks good on my body might be different 😅

The prototype looks great, I actually let out an "Eeep!" when you said it was wrap dress day. So true about changing eyebrows! I just know that when I am trying a language that isn’t my first, I appreciate being given a bit of a steer from time to time. This was the singular word I’ve ever heard you use that wasn’t 110% correct, so you’re doing A-OK 😅

This was really interesting. I noticed before the skirt was added the top wrapped right over left which is the usual way to wrap.However,in the completed dress you wrapped it left over right,was there a reason for this?I actually prefer right over left as I feel it sits better

So excited for this pattern! Do you use adobe illustrator to design your sewing patterns? I’m trying to decide which app to use and I’m undecided if adobe is the way to go

Yes I do! I use it for the pattern creation/grading and would recommend it.

Your wrists on the laptop! Use a separate keyboard and mouse so that your wrists arent working so hard to support your hands. You are really going to injure them and it really sucks speaking from experience
