Host a 10 man on Popflash/Custom Server - Sourcemod I think has options to enable walls for certain people without SVCheats on - Ramp up during the game until someone calls you out. No need to give idiots money and keep the integrity of the game with your self

the most frustrating part of wallhackers is that they can outplay 2-3 frags (hard clear, weird prefire, dodge or catch with nades, timings, etc) and then completely throw easiest 1v1 in a dumbest way

Yes because he is legit a nova 1 without them, if he was supreme like they say he wouldn't have to look at them through the walls. WITH his cheats he would be able to combine a high rank playstyle with them to make it look somewhat believable, this guy just doesn't hold angles, has bot movement, he was chair and he went to prefire window FROM chair while disregardig a completely open short, like you don't do that even if you know they are window if you're supreme... Him looking at the players through the walls on B site is also something no one would do, you never put your crosshair on the walls of the B-site building, there's no reason for that. The enemy cheaters are worse (probably silver) but instead of walls they have aim assistance and it shows.

2:01 the dude you spectated was from Serbia (according to his profile), other dude was also speaking Serbian, saying "polako", which means "take it slow". also, cheaters tend to go with at least one premade, just so they don't get kicked. when he said supreme, it could've been either easy guess, or a cheat module, allowing them to check your rank instantly. russian cheat could be an association to a cheap cheat that you can get for 6 usd for a 30 day sub. you'll find lots of these on LE/LEM/SMFC/Global level, even on high trust factor.

Kolex is Serbian because I heard him saying: "zajebao sam" or "fucked up", clearly I am Serbian and yes he might have stupid yeye ass brain to sub on 5usd cheats, although by his accent he is either being in Vienna like me or just knows it or learned it, probability that he is cheating is high though, he is low sens somehow hits shots could be just WH or WH and aim trigger as aim trigger automaticly aims for you but you gotta click so It can fuck you up, and he will probably be banned using cheap ass cheats as his faceit lvl isn't high he is LEM and he might recieve much more reports in future, either way stupid move playing like that without cheats or having cheap one as It will be detected by anti-cheat in cs:2. My opinion is that he might have WH but very slow rendering one (he can see only though one wall). I said what was in need to be said, poy.

Vac live doesnt make sense, enemy was spinning all game and we even reported him minimum 5x but vac live is the biggest scam. Valve is provider of cheats making insane money on this selling cs prime and cheats i think this is legit

Because they are delusional people who believe that cheating makes them just as good as the actually good players. I mean you need to have a little bit of delusion to think to install cheats, like you deserve to be better than you actually are. Of course it also leads into the delusion that they are actually really good and you're just jealous of them. That's why they always lie and say they're high rank without cheats, because they genuinely believe they are that good just something is holding them back. Or the alternative is there's also a lot of people who just download cheats who are assholes and enjoy ruining people's games, and they genuinely believe that shit talking you has you seething and they'll just say and do whatever because at the end of the day all they want is the reaction.
