I played in that era; we played text based chess. We didn't have nice graphical interfaces or the Internet. We logged into a BBS, made our moves logged out, waited for the other guy to call and make his move on slow dial-up connections. I had an Apple IIc with a 9 inch monochrome screen. My copy of chess master 2100 was a 5.25 inch floppy disc. The game ran straight off the disc the computer didn't have a hard drive.

Well the Chessmaster 2000 came out in 86 but I couldn't find the emulator for it but I filmed the intro before... Few years here and there 😂
