Mr. O is an extremely talented and well respected GbG creator, definitely the guy to listen to for level recommendations.

If there is a softlock, DGR will find it... sometimes he can even create them.

Honestly, I'm kinda disappointed this game didn't take off. Whatever the reason might be for it, I really liked the idea of making your own games in a fun and simple format.

Also, here’s a small tip if you get soft locked in games, restarting by holding minus you can restart whilst keeping your progress.

Originally when I bought game builder garage, I thought it was the coolest thing ever and played it for about 2 1/2 hours then put it down and never picked it back up. I feel like that’s the same with a lot of people.

Some people have been streaming it exclusively since it came out.

GBG had so much potential. Maybe if the game was for less on launch and they actually wanted to promote it, maybe it'd do good.

Infact, I’m working with a team of 4 people, and we’re pushing gbg to the limits! We’re making an undertale fangame with custom music, a full functional item system and more. We’re using all of gbg’s potential. Anyway, enough of that promotion, just want more people to know about this project haha.

The texture work on Aquarium Tour is insanely good wow.

For the last few years I have been creating stuff in Game Builder Garage, and it's nice to see a familiar face come back to it again. What you have seen in this video is just the tip of the iceberg that is the GBG community's efforts. I'd recommend you ask around and get familiar with the community already here so you can get an even deeper appreciation for what we have accomplished over the last 3 years. For any games I'd recommend I'd say "Ory's Apple Fetch" (G 002 4XX K3X), "Sand Baggie Boss Rush" (G 002 5X4 G2F, G 001 6KV YT5, G 001 8JF GTY, G 001 BH2 1VF, G 001 DFL JVM, G 001 GD7 3W5, G 001 JBT LWY, G 000 RX9 PL5, G 000 VVX 8LC) and "Super Mario Thunder Thrill" (Check out the GBGshop page) are prime examples of the engine being pushed to the limit.

I am currently making an undertale fan game with a team of 4 people, it’s pushing gbg to its limits and we’re trying to use all of gbg’s potential. We’re gonna try to release a demo this summer. It’ll have a full entire custom original soundtrack, with a working item system, working battle and encounter system and 72 enemies! This game does require multiple codes, so Dave, if you read this, download all the codes. it’s a really good game, you should play it!

GBG is one of my favorite games. I have over 150 hours on it, and have filled up the 71 game slots twice.

Oh my goodness! I can't believe he actually came back to this game (even if it's only for one video)! Great video so far, I'm not done with it yet, but what I have seen has been great! Just finished the video and it was great all the way through! I hope you do play more of this game Dave! Also I'm so glad to hear Dave do his old outro again where he tells us to have a great day and take care. I missed that so much 😊!

I remember it taking way too much time to create subpar experiences. That being said I did try. Here are 2 of my experiments: - Jumpy Beginnings G 000 G4H F5F A platormer with 3 sections and an end boss. Controlling the generic character can be a bit frustrating imho. Wall jumps can break the level. -Fruit Machine G 008 BF8 2C3 A gambling device. Don’t rapidly press buttons because it can break the game. A more chill experience where you play for points. Start out with 20 and win by combining 3 symbols, or get cherries 🍒

I’m playing game builder garage a lot recently

My brother used to work at Disney World in Orlando, FL in custodial. He cleaned the park, collected trash, and cleaned public restrooms. Oh, did he see things that no one should have ever had to see in the restrooms. Some times they had to put on hazmat's suits to clean the restrooms due to the mess.

I'd watch more of you playing GBG. :)

There are some really impressive games on game builder garage, trust me. Just on gbgshop a lot of joke games got really popular for some reason, which makes it hard for streamers or bigger KZreadrs to find the really impressive games.
