I know no one asked, but I remember in 7th grade playing tds in 2019. Me and my friends and I would always play some games after occasionally other people from school would play with us, and one time, my friend said I found this game, it's called tower defense simulator and its pretty fun but he couldint play with that day and me, and 2 of my freinds hopped on and played tds, I still remeber my first game of easy on toyboard, having no idea what was going on, and somehow we got to the slow boss with just scouts, eventually my freinds got console games and stopped playing roblox apart from 1 who was my best freind but wasnt in my class (we became freinds over pokemon brick bronze) so we played and i have so many memories with him, but that same year he moved countries and I could no longer visit him, which was so sad since I basically didnt have freinds for a year after that and that and I still see him online somtimes

I remember when I started playing tds I beat golden mode, then 1 month after, it was gone. Seeing this video, especially at the first map he plays brings me back memories. 2020 lobby was legendary (this is when i started playing due to a friend)

Should have played Vintage TDS (it has every era from the release tds to spring) then tdsl, then tds overhaul (no hardcore testing era sadly) (no hlwn2020 era) tds 2021 for both solar and frost invasion, and then there is tds extra witch is not out yet but it has the duck hunt 2022 era) and that’s all. I recomend you redo this challenge and do them all to make a better video, also I could help you in vtds

Absolutely true. I have an old file of one of their versions, and almost all of the major code is stolen SaveInstanced code from when Frost Invasion was still active. The sheer amount of unused stolen 2022+ assets is also massive, with Wox The Fox, Ducky D00M (2022), Nuclear Monster, and more, just being inside the files with no purpose being in the game. Yesterday, they updated to the Solar Eclipse update (with era changing of course to save frost invasion), and it's the same thing. Dry game with the internal code being so badly done that the game is inaccurate in many ways.

The frost invasion part gave me the most nostalgia

Elite this retro tds is from area 51 event and the real tds with all tds versions are the VINTAGE TDS

There is More Td Verison like Tds Deluxe and stuff you can play

The reason you have the event towers in tds 2021 is because you have the badges for them, meaning you get a head start

same ive played every version in real time. and honestly imo the best period was back in 2019. imo every since outlaw got renamed to ranger and sentry got removed thats when the game went south harder. out of all the towers in there best version. although swarmer would be the best of the best in terms of dps. my favorite would be commando. my days if anyone was truly OG you would remember how stupid strong it was. imo it was better than accel now and 1st released.
