this might just be because of the scout egg quest (you can't get it anymore tho) that they buffed scout so it's easier for normal players

elite, you should test out the new buffed engi its turrets max do like 100+ dps

Ofc they reverted the buff, i honestly fell like it was a very good buff, making the scout a decent option for early game, i guess the main problem about buffing the normal scout is the golden scout itself since he is already a very solid unit and the buff would pretty much make g scout useless, since the main use of g scout is to clear the first few waves in the early game and you only need 3 lvl 0 g scouts for 200$ each to defend. With the buff they game to normal scout, i'm pretty sure they would pretty much have the exact same stats at lvl 0. So no reason to spend 50k on a tower when u get the same tower with the same lvl 0 stats for free

Also golden scout is also decent mid game when upgraded because of the cheap cost, but with normal scout buffed, it would be almost no reason to use golden scout mid game if the normal scout can almost get the same results for like way cheaper.

they need to make scout do 1.5 damage like in tdx, so every 2 or 3 shots it does 2 damage (wouldnt be rng, idk which shots to pick). cuz 2 damage for a FREE tower is way too op. BUT maybe molten rebalances will make this not as big of a deal.

I think u should get paintballer as first towert next to sniper And scout should be the most expensive tower in the beginner category

i think they're just making it so that its easier for people to beat easy mode with scout because they're in the hunt event. considering the golden version wasnt buffed as well.

The fact eggrypted used regular scout as his main dps in the hunt hard mode shows how powerful 40 max scouts can be

so now basically new normal scout = golden scout (also do a headphone giveaway please ive gotten in many first in lines but when i join i disconnect)

Fun fact: 3 buffed Scouts at lvl 0 can make it to wave 7 in Fallen mode which gives you good time to farm before you need to worry.

The buff for normal scout is good bc all the suffering he got in some trailers like frost invasion trailer, duck hunt event trailer,and i think the last one was the hunt event trailer the new trailer also if the buff for scout is only temporarily for the hunt event all that trailer suffering was for nothing

Hopefully scout will stop getting bullied in every tds trailer

I tried it in fallen with support and farm and it last to wave 36 pretty insane right you probably can do it better

True i just realise that 1+ damage to scout and thats a good tower for speedrunning

in 2020 halloween me and my old friend (he unfriended me) we tried to beat molten but we always died on wave 30 because of the speedy boss and now scout can get to wave 40

scout got totured so much by freezing( I think frost invasion? idk) finidng a duck with miniguns(duck hunt) being transformed into a plushy AND EGG seeing himself but robotic ( pizza party)

Scout pretty good It spawn camp molten (molten on early and mid game if you set you scout to strongest and you need to do the same thing on normal to spawn camp) and normal and can still be used for fallen until wave 10

So golden scout is just paying 50k for a slight damage increase as well as it being used for midgame compared to regular scout, but you'd want to use stronger towers by mid game so golden scout seems like a golden crate scam rn

Scout rn is literally better than overhaul golden scout and i am not joking And literally the only eg towers better than scout are shotgunner,golden soldier,golden scout,golden pyro and gladiator,that's it and it's a free tower

So scout is just golden scout without “golden” in the name now…

scout now has the same dps as soldier and it's more cost efficient 💀 also scout has more dps than sniper but thats probably made up for in range

scout got that 2 guns from devil may cry

The level zero has very similar dps/cost efficiency as g soldier. 50k down the drain

Now my scout skins are useful lol

Easy mode is HARDER than Molten in some regards because Slow bosses have 25% defense in it while molten has none.

ıf you are having a hard time choosing scout(not golden)or sniper is the best.Updated scout does 50 damage in 2.5 second when maxed.While sniper does 35 damage on max lvl.but sniper has fly and lead detection and hidden detection and much much better range.So for dps and faster game the best is scout.But as clever gameplay and hard maps like fallen and including fly and lead detection sniper is the best.

Is now normal scout = golden skin for now?

tds needs to nerf not buff towers the only towers that need a buff are the really bad ones not scout a starter tower they need to revert the buff or buff every starter tower and also they need to nerf most the late game towers not buff fallen mode

I tried to solo fallen with ONLY scout and I got to wave 31 but I died to the tank .

I was going to say "early an hour gang 👇" but i remember im not an npc
