Fun fact about All Star Battle I saw on twitter today. In an interview with the developers they said Johnny Joestar almost broke their rule of stand evolutions being a mechanic. He took about 3× more people and money to develop and if you combine all costs for him he cost them around 50 million yen (335k dollars) bc of both his horse and 4 different stands

JoJo's Venture is called JJBA: Heritage For The Future on Arcade machines and the game is known for being highly competitive and as the basis for MUGEN, hence its difficulty

Jojo's Venture is the first version that came out, then after that HFTF came out wich had more characters and a different select screen less stylish

It's too bad that 7th Stand User is only considered as a fangame and wasn't in this video. It's probably the most "complete" JoJo game I've ever played: lots of contents, easter eggs, replay value, alternate endings... Definitely S tier!

RIGHT!? I mean yeah, technically it is NOT an official game from an official source by any means, but it still deserved an honorable mention. Its my favorite jojo game out there, and probably one of my favorite RPGs as well. If the black and white color scheme and some of its more finnicky parts dont suit your liking, look for the color mod that adds not only color, but a few QOL features that clean it up a bit, but otherwise maintain the majority of its intended feel.

The Arcade version you are playing is offline bots. You can actually make the difficulty lower in the options, it defaults to easy so that's why you were wrecking the games

​@@cloud455go to the wiki, learn attacks(button pressing is the same on every character), download fightcade, find training lua, go through all characters and learn for which character the attack stands and even in 6 difficulty the game is easy(i confirm as a chaka mainer)

there is actually a new JoJo mobile game called Stand Legends. I can't say it's good, it uses clips from the anime as Special Attacks and at least for me it's very glitchy and laggy, but hey, it exists.

Tbh, you weren't really spoiling anything with Josuke (8), he uses that move in the beginning of the part and doesn't ever really use it again from what I remember. It's basically part 8 Star Finger.
