🎥 Toy Federation KZread Video Description: "Vintage He-Man, G.I. Joe, and More! Toy Hunt & Trade Madness 🚀"
In this thrilling episode of the Toy Federation, join Ryan on an action-packed adventure as he stumbles upon a remarkable stroke of luck - 3 carded vintage He-Man action figures, absolutely free! The excitement doesn't stop there; a fellow collector offers Ryan a chance to add the elusive Scareglow to his collection, sending our host into a frenzy of anticipation.
As the toy trading continues, a treasure trove of G.I. Joe Classified and Street Fighter Action Figures emerges. Ryan and the team delve into the fascinating history of the G.I. Joe Classified line, discussing its transformation from a rocky start based on the video game to the triumphant return of classic characters in stunning action figure form.
Just when they thought they had seen it all, a passionate customer walks in, bearing a collection of vintage Voltron action figures up for trade. The hunt begins for the elusive six-armed Voltron or the coveted Playmates Voltron action figure as they dive into a world of nostalgia and bartering.
But the surprises don't end there; a group of collectors brings in a stash of G.I. Joe vehicle hulls, including the mighty Dragonfly and the awe-inspiring Defiant. Amidst the excitement, a woman seizes the opportunity to add Stargate The Movie action figures to her own collection.
Additionally, the team encounters a thrilling trade involving knockoff GoBots and a rare Captain Power Power Base. Although the Power Base is not in its original box, the discovery of an earlier overpayment for another one adds a touch of intrigue to the day's adventures.
Join Ryan and the Toy Federation crew as they celebrate the joy of collecting, reminiscing about classic toys and uncovering hidden gems in the world of action figures. Don't miss this incredible episode filled with epic finds, trades, and surprising revelations!

The toy line features 6-inch scale figures, which allows for more intricate designs and accessories compared to the traditional 3.75-inch G.I. Joe figures. The G.I. Joe Classified figures are geared towards adult collectors, offering a more sophisticated and modern interpretation of the classic G.I. Joe characters.
The G.I. Joe Classified toy line usually includes well-known characters from the G.I. Joe universe, such as Duke, Snake Eyes, Scarlett, Cobra Commander, Storm Shadow, and more.
Voltron is a popular animated television series and a media franchise that originated in the 1980s. It is also known as "Voltron: Defender of the Universe." The series is a combination of Japanese anime footage from two different anime series: "Beast King GoLion" and "Armored Fleet Dairugger XV."
The story of Voltron revolves around a group of young pilots who command five robotic lions, each representing a specific element (Black Lion, Red Lion, Green Lion, Blue Lion, and Yellow Lion). These lion-shaped robots can individually fight against powerful foes, but when the situation becomes dire, they can combine together to form the mighty robot warrior known as Voltron.
Voltron stands as a towering humanoid figure, often depicted as a massive robot wielding a sword and possessing formidable powers. The pilots inside the lions serve as the defenders of the universe, using their skills and teamwork to battle evil forces, typically represented by the ruthless King Zarkon and his army of evil robeasts.
Having "carded vintage He-Man figures" refers to action figures from the vintage He-Man toy line that are still in their original packaging, commonly known as "carded" figures. In the context of collecting action figures, "vintage" typically refers to toys that were produced in the past, often during the 1980s.
"Carded" figures are highly sought after by collectors because they represent the toy in its untouched, factory-sealed condition, which can increase their value and appeal to those who enjoy preserving vintage items in their original form.

One idea. You can have a fixed station in the store with a nice backdrop, lighting, mic and a phone on a stand where people can show off what they have bought and maby tell a short story on why they bought it. Some short clips you can post on SOME. Keep trucking guys. Love this stuff :)
Holy moly! I wouldn't be surprised if in a few episodes we see a three way trade where two traders want each other's items. Has it already happened?

Heh, that Mythic Legions Headless Horseman in the background, is that the same one from ToyLanta you had in the booth? To answer your question: I think folks do still collect Voltron, at least updated modern versions, I just don’t know how sought after vintage is. I know there’s the infamous one of Go Lion/Voltron that had to be pulled from shelves ( I don’t remember what markets or how widespread) that had lead paint in the sets. I remember reading or watching something about it. The only I would say to watch out for with the Lion set is the hip ratchets where there’s a spring under tension by a screw. The plastic socket had a tendency to split loosing all tension. It did on mine as kid to where my folks took me back to the store to ask for a replacement one. I get the replacement and eventually it did the same thing. My dad tried to fix it but it was fragile plastic. At least my folks were trying to teach me something at an early age not settling for a defective product.😂

Most of these ‘toys’ never get played with since taking them out of the package dramatically drops their value. It’s mostly speculative buying with the hope of selling it to someone else for more than you originally paid. Just insane to me. Mostly not kids enjoying a toy but grown men ‘collecting’. So MUCH plastic crap! Aren’t we living with enough plastic already?! End of rant

Stargate stuff! So jelly
You hit the nail on the head. If masterpiece transformers taught us anything, its that the collectors that grew up in teh 80's are willing to pay for the 80's. I love that masterpiece finally transform like the cartoon made them look, but ALSo the missing link Optimus prime is a great call back. its how the toy should have transformed ( though they saved money by repurposing the diaclones line). Classified has legs, but in the waves, they need to make sure they give us some real american hero with the proper articulations. Its a license to print money. Stop it with the scarcity hasbro. Your leaving money on the table.
You should have a table off in a corner so folks can place all their tradable goods. Probably dont have enough room but you can make some.

I guess as far as Classified goes, I always can't figure this out. Why do you want an exact replica in a six inch version of what you already have a 3.75" version of? What's the point? Yes, the movie figures aren't great, but ignoring that there was nothing wrong with any of the first couple waves of Classified. If the most damning criticism is it isn't ARAH enough then... oh well? To me, especially Snake Eyes where he has a billion variants (Hi Desert SE coming soon!) already, like... who cares if it isn't exact? And then you run into issues like Baroness and Lady Jaye where when you slavishly appease people who do want exact 1:1 of ARAH, it sits on the shelf and warms hard. To me figures like the Arctic BAT are perfect, because it's a different variant of something we're familiar with. IMO A BAT is the best Classified figure so far.

@@Matt_Wilson01 The value of an item is just that, the value someone puts into it. My value of Voltron was $75, that's what I was willing to pay on clearance, since obviously nobody else valued it at full price since they went clearance at GameStop too. Someone on eBay has put green crumbley bits says it's a screen used Slimer, and is asking $5,000 for it. I am not willing to pay $5,000 for green crumbley bits, but maybe that's what it's worth to someone else.
