Hey Vice, this is so wholesome! People are so quick to down review something without calling or getting any help that is readily provided. I worked retail for years and most returns are from pure ignorance of usage, though I can sympathize with non-intuitive product frustration. I was moved (thus why I'm writing this comment) by the fact the you noticed this was a product from a small family owned business not trying to dupe anyone with a product that actually works as intended and was portrayed as such. I don't know if you just randomly find these products, or if they reached out to you ( which I would hope similar stories would) but, I appreciate your effort. Also, the content is fire, keep that up too!

I would have never looked at a vice video before the one i watched prior to this but man oh man am i beginning to love the idea that this might be a group of open minded unbiased media that truly goes above and beyond to give everyone a shot. i loved the debate they did back in march the guy hosting that was amazing and this man going out of his way to get ahold of the owner of this product was amazing as well. if i watch one more video this well put together you guys will have one more subscriber for sure! maybe even an advocate.
