I have pulled 2 legendary foiled Maleficents so I get the frustration of pulling the same legendary foil.

Opened up a case as well, got an enchanted Robin Hood, foil L Kida, foil L Maleficent and foil L Hydra. My odds were pretty much one hit per box so I can’t complain. Does seem like odds to get a hit are a bit higher than the first set at least

You might want to double check that lucky the 15th puppy foil as it looks like a cool misprint where they have printed another cards stats onto the foil

Is there a guaranteed pull rate for Enchanted from Cases?

no guaranted for case, my LGS opened 6 cases in a viewing and two of the cases had 0 enchanted, another case had 2 enchanted... luck

Just as Troywilliams said, not a guarantee in a case. I've opened two cases on the channel where we didn't get any enchanted cards
