Hey there! To give some context Random Boosters have been a thing since Plastic Generation they have varied with some being all random parts to eventually full combos, for Random Selects they have a flat rate of 1/3 mean the odds are decent to pull a prize beyblades, for random boosters in a case of 24 your odds are 1/8, I am also wondering at the 4:00 who did you get the ViperTail from I got so startled by a breakage like that it seemed to have no rivets, it seems if the seller was good like some super duper bad QC luck, was very scary to watch since the metal could've hit you flying at that fast speed. For Beyblade X this generation is focused on speed and power, you have BLADE - makes contact with opponent RATCHET - NUMBER OF SIDES and height and also is related to burst resistance because those are the hit points to cause the beyblade to release and die BIT - determines burst resistance, bits with a thick shaft have strong resistance. I had one of the best teachers ever. He would bring his beyblades to school, and for the last 30 minutes of the school day we could do cool beyblade battles.

I used to be obsessed with the Metal Saga. While I don't have the toys anymore, I've actually been rewatching the Metal Saga anime recently, and it's a lot better than I remember. I've made it through Fusion and Masters and just started Fury, and I do plan on going through Shogun Steel as well. Fun fact, Metal Fusion was the only one of the four seasons I never ended up watching as a kid simply because it wasn't on by the time I got into it. It is currently my favorite season, which I wasn't expecting. (Can't say I'm interested in anything other than the Metal Saga though, unfortunately.) Edit two weeks later: Just finished Shogun Steel. If I had to rank the four seasons... Yeah, just list them in chronological order, and that's my ranking, though I genuinely enjoyed all four. The margin between each season is minimal.

I love the metal Saga, I had tons of beyblades from both the metal saga and shogun steel. I don't know how many times I've rewatched metal masters, metal fury and shogun steel at this point.

I grew up with the original era of Beyblade where you literally had to build them. Still have a few of them.

This is a crossover I never would’ve expected, but a welcome one for sure!

I miss back in the day when we used to launch these at each other when they were still all plastic and then the Hard Metal System ones came out towards the end of the OG Bladebreakers era and it basically became an extreme sport version of the old beyblade dodging game. I had pieces of plastic under my skin for years and I still have scars from it too 😂

Very fun video! It's always nice to see someone new get into Beyblade and it was really cool that you already seemed pretty knowledgeable on the parts. The ViperTail breaking was pretty crazy, that was the first time I saw an X bey having the issue of just not having rivets.

I reallly love bayblade, i remember getting my older brothers hand me downs with all plastic ones. Then my brother stopped bayblading because his little tourbament arena thing was open, metal one that was heavy reved up out of it,sliced his hand open but it was almost his face. We were not allowed to get metal ones after that

Beyblades sure brings back fun memories. Played with them when we only had the plastic ones. Still got one from different blue parts that did well until the top part got a bit too damaged from all the hits.

So Beyblades have always come in random boosters. I have been collecting all of the Metal Saga (Fusion, Masters, Fury) Beyblades and I learned that some of the ones featured in the anime only came in these random boosters. I can’t wait to try Beyblade X.

As a FORMER beyblade fan, I feel happy seeing you enjoy it. I was a fan of beyblade when I was a kid, and I used to play with the kids in my neighborhood. Unfortunately, I don’t see fun in beyblade anymore since I’ve grown up, and I also find the anime quite cringy. When season 3 of the burst series released, I’ve slowly lost interest in playing beyblade, even though I bought a “dynamite battle” set 2 years ago, I barely use it and only use them for display. I’m shocked to see a grown man like you enjoy things like these, it’s very interesting!

Random boosters have been around since the Metal series, but only takara tomy does random boosters so anyone in countries where hasbro was distributing instead of tt didnt get them in stores

That’s dope you got Wyvern first box. I been collecting Beyblade X since October and got hooked in the meta for it instantly lol but Hells Scythe (your gold one) is actually really good and the gold color makes it even better cuz it’s heavier. Wyvern Gale in comparison weighs much less and just blows up as soon as it touches something as heavy as Hells 😅

beyblade tip for you purple get an attack type beyblade then tilt your launch slightly. its gonna go spining in a flower pattern and is called a rush launch.

I love beyblade. Beyblade was one of my favorite childhood shows that I watched growing up. I only have two beys for now but I plan to get some more. If you get into Bakugan though... then I got a collection to talk to you about lol.

That was mainly because they weren't supposed to back then. Since 2015 Takara Tomy have been making that an actual feature for the newer ones. At least those don't take irreversible damage.

tip just weigh them on a scale before opening. Then wright down which one it is when you open it then you can find the ones that you are missing.

I watched the show for a few seasons and had some sets and the big, red arena years ago. I passed it down to my youngest brother. We constantly would switch parts to make the best fighter then have tournaments with three each.

Ngl, I didn’t expect my favorite KZreadr to branch out into one of my favorite hobbies, so I have to ask, Jack, do you have Cobaltdrake?

I had a wyvron W3 and if I angled the launcher thing at a certain angle it would sit at the top of the battle stadium thingy.
