Im curious about what actually happened there. Did the other realiced there was no fun to be have in an inmediate win a give him a head start but then forgot? Did he went to the bathroom? Did he leave the house with the console on?

@@pedrovallefin8406 Well my friend, I figured from that other racer's name that he is a fellow Egyptian, so his internet connection or electricity must have died at the beginning of the race for no reason, that's a normal occurrence here, hope that helped with your curiosity

He was ashamed of bringing a bike to a moped race and decided the only way to save face was to not participate. Alternatively, he realized who he was runing against and thought that if he standed perfectly still he may made it out alive of the race. He must have feel prety dumb when learned Kevin was doing a crimeless run.

On top of not being nice, this is illegal pretty much everywhere except for warning of danger, so much about obeying the law.

I laughed so hard when you popped into the 'bike' race with your moped! Laughed all the way through the race....good sport your opponent was for sticking around. I wonder if he was laughing as hard as I was🤣

For me, the highlight was the Kate Bush reference at 20:11.

I love how no matter good or bad, Kevin will do whatever the game doesn’t want him to do.

For future reference, in America, you can legally turn right at red lights when it's safe to do so unless there is a "no right on red" sign. Instituted during in the 70s during some oil crisis to save gas and kept because it didn't noticeably increase traffic accidents.

Yes, but it increases pedestrians being hit by cars by a lot. People look left and see no cars coming and immediately turn right w/o looking for pedestrians on their right.

@@someaccount5200 No, people just don't care about pedestrians and never even think to consider them. They ticketed people once for not allowing pedestrians to cross the street on a crosswalk in a specific City. There were so many tickets that the police reports in the paper couldn't address them all. The court system was backed up. They had to add buttons at every crosswalk for pedestrians to push. They wanted a walkable city and found out what that actually meant.

@@WildBluntHickok There are a LOT of traffic laws people regularly break, and this is one of them. Not only can it be dangerous on its own, but if it were legal that would mean other drivers no longer know exactly what a turn signal means the car will do. Legally, every lane change needs its own distinct turn signal (meaning you cant just leave it on uninterupted for multille lane changes)

I played it when it first released, I can honestly say that was rare back then too. Played both x360 and PC, and aside from a nice-guy hacker the majority of people were out for blood. Still, things have definitely got worse over the years. Now instead of an armoured car coming after you, it'll be orbital missiles, attack helicopters, remote controlled tanks, kamikazi jet pilots...

Back then you were pretty safe in an armoured Kuruma or anything that could outmanouver a standard guided missile, but the newer missiles hit like 99% of the time and it's near impossible to defeat an opressor without another opressor.

@@cyborgjellyfish- i was part of the reason the server broke when gta online broke when it first launched on the 360, i can ya, almost everyone was rather friendly, unless you were already doing criminal stuff (mugging, chased by cops etc)people generally left you alone or joined in on your shenanigans. it wasnt really this whole shoot first ask questions later, it was more make sure theyre hostile then shoot, at least that was my experience from day one of launch

@@Yandere7290 Admittedly I wasn't a day 1 online player (I took my time doing sidequests in singleplayer and got them all done before going online for the first time) so it would've been a couple of months before I started, but I definitely had a different experience than you did. I'm glad that those days existed though, I'm not a PvP kinda guy so I would've enjoyed that lifestyle. I had the odd lobby where people would ask first before randomly shooting you, but I guess my guy just had that kinda face you love to hit :p

It does kinda bother me that we can't use turn signals in GTA.
