I never tire of making this recipe! With 1 EGG! Simple and very tasty
✅Ingredients for 12 chocolate muffins:
1 egg (50-60g).
A pinch of salt.
140 g of sugar. (3/4 cup)
100 g of vegetable oil. (1/3 cup + 1 tbsp)
125 g of natural yogurt. (1/2 cup)
90 g of milk. (1/3 cup)
160 g of flour. (1 cup + 1/3 cup)
30 g of cocoa powder. (2 cases)
7 g of baking powder. (1 tsp)
1 tsp liquid vanilla
Caramel
Chopped nuts

Celui que j’ai utilisé c’est du caramel au beurre salé de la marque Bonne Maman ( pot en verre) 🥰
