Cause they only win when it hurts the franchise, lost the number one pick granted they probably would have screwed him up but the jags are no better with qbs

The space between Lawrence and the rest of the field of QBs in this class is huge. I like Trey Lance the most out of the remaining, but if Lawrence is off the board no QB is worth taking #2

As a jag fan who is convinced we’ll figure out a way to win one more, I agree. I think Fields and Wilson are way overrated. Kyle Trask is the second best pocket passer and it isn’t close. But, he has physical limitations.

That is so bad. And i was mad when we traded up to draft Blaine Gabbert right before Houston took JJ Watt.

Only the Jets and their poor leadership could screw up their future by winning a football game.

"The most Jets thing" I understand the sentiment, but historically this could just as easily be a Jaguars thing, a Lions thing, a Browns thing. There are a number of cartoonishly incompetent teams. I don't even think the Jets are the goofiest. They're just in New York, so you notice it more.

This might be the final nail for many of us. After how many years since Broadway Joe they are constantly finding new ways to kick the fans in the chest. Getting Trevor was the solution to the endless cycle of misery. To be so close and have it snatched away is probably the lowest I've ever felt as a fan.

The only time I felt lower as a Jets fan was the AFCCG vs. the Steelers. But it’s comparable. This is rock bottom. I don’t blame anyone that wants to jump ship from this team.

When I saw the score yesterday I was like, "I can't wait to see what Rich said tomorrow." Well, they can for Gase now. I've been saying all year that they won't fire him because they might win by accident if they do. That's out the window now.

As a Clemson fan and alum, this makes my heart happy.

All of us long time Jets fans need therapy, this is like getting kicked in the nuts a hundred or so times

The Jags had a free hit at pairing their Super Bowl calibre defense with Watson (Just won a National Title) or Mahomes and drafted Leonard Fournette instead. Jags decided extending Blake Bortles was good idea they don’t deserve a thing.

Aww hell. Everyone thinks that if we won the coin toss we would have picked Bradshaw. I've been a Bears fan long enough to know we would have picked a nobody anyway. Actually, looking at the 1970 NFL Draft we didn't pick until the 2nd pick of round 3. The Steelers took Mel Blount, and we got George Farmer (double facepalm).
