hi! tysm for this video its probably the most informative one i've come across!! but quick question why 2 years before you can come back to the us?
@oishari
Жыл бұрын
Hello! It’s the J-1 visa 2-year home requirement. Some J-1 holders get it, not everyone. I can come back to US on a tourist visa for vacation only but not on a working visa, until after 2 years. I could apply for a waiver to waive the requirement but i decided not to.
Interesting.
Your video is near where I live, I would love to talk more with you about this trainee program so i can help one of my friends get to new york,
oi shari! your video is outstandingly terrific, remarkably marvellous and splendorous, i give this video a massive thumbs up 👍 good work fantastic upload. Here is my support for you, everything you desire to achieve in life takes effort and hard work enjoy your day

@oishari

Hello! I would say at least 6 months to be safe :)
Bisaya?? 😭😭 And great video!!
Hi! Kelangan po ba makapasa muna sa job interview then mag apply for J-1 visa? I already have a tourist visa multiple entries good for 10yrs, would that affect my J-1 visa application?
Hello po new subscriber here! Please make a detailed video of how is the process on placement agency
Hi, would like to know if it is really necessary to stay in the PH for 2 years before you can apply again for another visa? Thanks much.
@oishari
2 жыл бұрын
Good question! Not all J1 get the 2-year rule, i happened to get it. If u get it, you can also try applying for waiver. After its waived, then you can apply for another working visa. Some j1 opt to get the student visa when their j1 expires
When you come back to the US after 2years will it be on the same kind of visa or a more permanent one?
@oishari
2 жыл бұрын
The more permanent one is the plan! :)
