I love your apartment! I never cared for studio apartments but if they all looked like this I’d definitely move into one myself! This is a bomb apartment. It’s a perfect size for a single person, yet it’s not cramped! Love it!

Hi ! The Studio apartment is lovely. I love the kitchen more than anything else. It is really modern which is the way I like things to be. I wish you the very best in your new investment. I personally live in a Studio apartment in NYC but I simply rent. And I always loved the Studio I live in . I have been living in a Studio for 24 years. The way I look at it with rents being so high these days, Studio Apts look much nicer than 1 bedroom apts. But if I ever decide to buy a modern apartment , I think I would go for a modern studio at least as cute as yours. I love the place where I live and the Studio is very spacious at least for a single person like myself. I recently renovated the Studio and replaced a few items in it to make it look nicer like : refrigerator, stove, loveseat, floor, and had the apt. painted all over. Now the Studio feels like it's a brand new place to live. The building where I live is very quiet and the neighborhood has everything you might need within a 2 block radius. My neighborhood is super convenient for banks, stores, Del Groceries, transportation in and out of the borough I live in. I was raised in the borough of Manhattan here in New York City and then moved to the borough of The Bronx in the Pelham Parkway area. So far I am satisfied with the areaand I live in a commercial area with literally access to everything a person needs within a 2 block radius like I previously stated and not a 2 mile radius. My best wishes to you in your new cozy place !Let's stay in touch in case you ever come to visit NYC. I am planning to visit Atlanta in the near future because one never knows where one can end up living these days so it's good to have other options open just in case. Take care & stay safe !
