💌 about me: my name is Elysse, I'm 22 years old from the southern U.S. I've been learning languages for about 8 years, and I speak English (native), Spanish (C2), German (B2/C1), French (C1), Portuguese (B2), American Sign Language (advanced), and Turkish (A1). I'm interested in learning Hebrew, Chinese, Georgian, and maybe Náhuatl as well :)

Wow, that is such an amazing event! Leider spreche ich nur wenige Sprachen. Familien min kommer fra Norge, men jeg snakker bare litt Norsk. J'avais le français à l'école, mais j'oubliais presque tout. Creators like you motivate me to brush up on my Norwegian and French, and hopefully add more languages later on.

Lovely language inspiration as always! Dear elysse what is your advice for learning a language to feel confidence in it. Should we work on one language at a time to feel that sense of proficiency? Before tackling any other? In other words it's about immersion in our target language only and focus on this before studying others?

I like learning languages too it’s fun God created all the languages when people were making a tower called Babel everyone used to speak the same language and God gave us freewill so they were building this super tall tower out of pride but since God loves us and He only wants what is best for us He put a stop to that and created all the languages so that they would stop building the tower God bless you Jesus loves you ❤ It’s relationship not religion you should get to know Him ask Him to reveal Himself to you and He will 😊❤
