Such a humble but bold man of God. So rare to hear this kind of truth within a church service any more. His aim was the sinner. Not the saint. That's what is needed in these days.

Daniel Stansberry-Around 1987 when I was about 17-18, I met a family of the Stansberry name at Reverend James Kilgore’s church in South Houston. The daughter was my age and named Michelle but I don’t remember the given names of her parents. Any relation by chance?

Thanks for the message. Good message. I met Jesus before I gave my life to him or knew anything about salvation. He came into the room and made himself known to me. It was months later that someone from a upc came to me and talked about salvation- out in the street; where I was standing smoking a cigarette. Well! I praise God for my salvation! Not too long after, I got baptised into His lovely Name and now I belong to Him. I spoke in tongues and went about sharing the Gospel. Was in the Word continually. Although salvation is a sacred, personal thing between a person and the Lord - no one else; nevertheless I thank him for the saints of God, the teaching, encouragement. None of us can do this journey alone. But if ever you are put in jail for your faith, remember this: you will not be alone, Jesus will suffer *with* you. And you will be part of a great company of Believers who have suffered the same trials as you go through; and if you remain faithful unto death, you will receive more than you ever knew was possible.

25 years ago I was an atheist when I met the man. Received Holy Ghost on a screened in porch while my brother and nephew were asleep. I still speak in tongues today. There is the tongue God gives when he baptizes with the Holy Ghost and then there is the gift of tongues and interpretation. On the Day of Pentecost, the word clearly shows Jews, from under every nation, were amazed because they heard the ones filled speaking in their own language. Languages they knew the tongue talkers did not know. They said these are Galileans. They did not doubt what they heard - they didn't know what the event meant. Then they were those who also heard them speak in their tongue but chose to mock what they did not comprehend. What is amazing is these devout Jews failed to recognize the very thing Isaiah, Joel and King David prophesied. Just like they failed to recognize who Jesus was. They wanted the king so bad they missed the suffering Saviour who had to come first before he returns as the king.

Thank you brother Staten, stay blessed. The ever immutable Jesus called me by coming into my messed up and stinky life and came while I was in a mid nights deep sleep and wake me up and showed me by opening up the heaven and releasing a speedy flying Holy Bible with a glowing write hand constantly pointing to the book and with a horrific sound of waterfall said 'Look into the book ' and the speedy and rounding and rounding book heated me on my forehead..... Jesus is my portion whom I ever trust and believe through out my life hear on earth and in the new Jerusalem to come up soon. You Stay Blessed for your witnesses are true and accepted

Thank you for an awesome Word from God! He called me and asked me what I would do if he came and I wasn't ready. I said I would grab my Daddy's hand and go too. For a while every time he asked that was my answer. Then he said what if he is at work or something? I thought about it and realized I needed the Holy Ghost too. We had Youth Camp coming soon and asked if I could go. Our parents sent my older brother and me. Steve got the Holy Ghost the first night and I got it the second night!

Did you know it's estimated Jerusalem was around 36,000 to 40,000 but swelled to as much as 250,000 during feast times. The city was filled with DEVOUT Jews, they were the learned ones - ones who knew the word of God available in that time - yet, as Jesus said their eyes see, ears hear but they do not perceive that they might be converted and healed. Unfortunately it still happens today - don't listen to them - seek to meet the man yourself.
