I use to think like this but your brain can actually retain more information than you think. Especially with Granblue it’s easier to remember stuff. Don’t doubt yourself 😭

Man I want to agree but Existence fucking slaps. Paradise Lost and Morning Light Hymnus too. Basically all the vocal tracks are fire The grunts in Peace and Quiet hit fucking different tho

This video makes me appreciate Justin Wong's Eustace even more, dude is a beast with the character.

These are fun to watch. It is legitimately educational seeing how you start with a character and refine it over matches.

These long videos teach me a lot about the game AND help me get through my work day. Really appreciate your content, Diaphone!

I was absolutely looking forward to this video, and it does not disappoint. My clear favourite character in GBFVR (though I'm shit at the game), and it's nice to see people play him well :D

Eustace is honestly the top underdog in this game! It's crazy how many people sleep on this dude. So far almost everytime I faced a Eustace player it got really sweaty lol

@@samblanton9010 Arne is just boring to play and the aesthetic turns people off, and average all around power-wise too. Percival is not an underdog, he is just a dog. He got swag and is cool, but its ass trying to get stocks in this game just to do things other characters can already do without a stock mechanic. Eustace has swag, is fun to play, and is decently powerful...people just don't pick him because they think he is too complicated or something IDK

I was watching TNS the other day and "Trippie" was playing Eustace and I instantly fell love with him. also you played verry well against Nier as Lucilius.

The timing of this video was actually kind of perfect. I've been floating the idea for about 3 days of trying simple Eustace. Came across Jwong's video last night, came across this one this morning. Must be fate!

Its fun to watch content for more unconventional, zoner-style characters. Would love to see mastering Cagliostro and mastering Metera videos at some point down the line!

Looking forward to a Yuel video hopefully, I'm hard stuck S+5 but I did also just start learning to play on hitbox after playing my whole life on pad

One thing that would really help me is a section where you just go over how to counter the character. Like where are the openings in the common block strings, what moves you can dodge, or even just what kind of mindset is best when you see you're up against this character.

Eustace is by far one of my favorite characters in this game, I definitely felt like people were sleeping on him even back in the first game but definitely now that he's objectively better in rising. (It's a shame that I'm not great at fighting games and decided to play a more thought heavy character, but still)

Got the chance to play against Justin’s Eustace and needless to say I felt very different about Eustace after that set.

The amount of times I hear after a match "This is the first time I have seen a Eustace and I have no idea what he does" is so real. Congrats on the Master Dia, maybe with this people will play him a bit more now...probably not but i can dream

been mostly playing yuel in this game but as a guile sf2/sf6 player i really wanted a charge character as an alt. i do feel like his lack of flashkick/dp hurts especially with that new lucilius teleport being tough to deal with but the more i get Eust to him the more i like him :]

I main Eustace and never run into them lol. He's a good character who has a mix of range and cqc. Don't know if you're aware but you can pre buffer his electric balls or electric shots at the start of the match.

I love characters like this that give me a ton of options in pressure, specially charged projectiles. This character almost feels too powerful without the need to charge specials.

I think you can turn technical inputs off? Diaphone does that at the start of the video, hopefully that helps

I got eustace up to A5 on a whim the other day, and I like him in a lot of ways. You can knowledge and patience check people hard, and hes got great screen control and better normals and frame traps than I expected. There's just one fatal flaw, one utterly devastating deficiency in his kit that makes him literally unplayable. Twitter, this is what you should really complain about. This problem... His ult dp is a back input instead of a front input like almost every other character in the game and I die for it

Having a pretty good understanding of the game as well as fighting games in general helps out a lot

I know it's not really the point of these videos but I felt the lack of "educational discussion" on the character a lot more here. Especially with Katalina there was a lot more exploration and discussion of the moveset and decision-making, but I feel like this had one little moment in a gameplay montage.
