Egg Sandwich
Ingredients (for 2 pieces)
Egg 2 pieces
Butter 40 grams
Sunflower oil 1 tablespoon
Salt
Pepper
Toast bread - 4 pieces
Cheese 100 grams
Tomato - 1 piece
Ham or bacon - 100 grams
Sauce:
Ketchup
Mayonnaise
Preparation
1. Slice the tomato, cheese, ham, spread sauce on 2 pieces of toast
2. Pour vegetable oil into a heated frying pan and add butter, pour in the egg, turn over after 2 minutes
3. Cover the egg with toast and turn the toast over to fry, place the second toast next to it
4. Place ham, tomato, cheese on toast with egg
5. Cover the stuffed toast with toast and sauce.
Serving
On a plate, cut the toast in half and dip into the leaked yolk.
