I make this appetizer with eggs and tuna every weekend! Simple and tasty recipe! #asmr
Ingredients:
for 12 halves
6 eggs, which we boil so that the yolk is hard
For the sauce:
2-3 pieces of red licorice
2 bay leaves
a few peppercorns
2 spoons of sugar
1 tablespoon of salt
For the filling:
Egg yolks
80 g canned tuna (in extra virgin olive oil)
3 small pickled cucumbers
1 spoon of mayonnaise
1 teaspoon of classic mustard, or you can use the one with hean if you like it faster
pepper
salt
Dill for decoration.
