Today I made SUGAR-free berry popsicles! And watch the video until the end, another ice cream recipe awaits you!

Frozen berries (currants, 200g / 7oz).
Ice cream molds (6-8 pcs.).
Strawberries (300-500 g), puree.
Sugar (optional, 50g / 1.7oz).
Pectin or agar (5 g/1 tsp).
7:19 RECIPE #2 - Delicious creamy raspberry ice cream!
Raspberries (~300g/~10oz).
Sugar (70g/1/3 cup).
Whipped cream 33-38% (400 ml/1+3/5 cups).
Condensed milk (120g/1/3 cup).
Shape ~16x16cm/6.3x6.3in.
Cookies (I have 18 pieces).

Excuse me but that is a sugar alternative not real sugar . Can use sugar or pectin an stevia or monk fruit which tastes like sugar n looks like it an not as sweet .

You can substitute the sugar with organic erythitol, xylitol or stevia. :) (Unless you meant the bananas as well.)

You have a funny way of peeling bananas. Why did you put the chopped bananas on a plate then dump them into a bowl? Wasted movements. Excess dirty dishes.

she put the bananas flat on a plate to freeze separately so when she needs to blend they dont get stuck together and become hard. 1 hour isnt so cold but if you ever tried freezing bananas overnight they become rock hard and would break a blender
