Thanks for the video. I’ll have to try this. This is a great idea but instead of putting vanilla sugar, I will put my frozen bananas. It looks delicious. Thanks never thought of cooking heating up watermelon juice.

Looks good, but I didn't understand why you had to boil the juice? Why not just add it to the cream?

We boil it to get syrup by evaporating most of the water out of it. If you add it just like that, it will turn into ice 😉❤️

An den Melonensaft kommen keine Zutaten die ein Kochen erforden. Warum also wird der Melonensaft erhitzt? Wegen der Haltbarkeit ist es nicht, warum auch. Sollte es eine Reduktion sein, dann wird das nicht erwähnt.
