Today I'm sharing a popsicle recipe without cream or milk!
Ricotta (600 g) or cottage cheese.
Powdered sugar (120g/4.2oz) or sugar.
Softened butter (80g/2.8oz).
Vanilla tincture (1 tsp), optional.
Popsicle.
Raspberries (400g / 14oz).
Sugar (100g / 3.5oz).
Pectin (5 g / 1 tsp).
Chocolate (300g / 10oz).
Vegetable oil (30 ml / 2 tbsp).

3 bananas.
Frozen berries (currants, 200g/7oz).
Ice cream molds (6-8 pcs.).
Strawberries (300-500g/11-17oz), puree.
