Darker roasts tend to be less acidic, have less caffeine, and more flavor. It's not that it's burnt.

I vividly remember the first (and only) time I tried Cookie Crisp. My 10 year old self was so disappointed,I almost cried lol😕😂 I was soooooo excited for a bowl of delicious mini chocolate chip cookies and what I got was sweetened speckled cardboard. It was SO.BAD. Cookie Crisp is a fraud😔😅

It is always so cute when Mia doesn't quite know the right word for something and just conjugates a word she knows is related, e.g. calling the hand mixer a whisker :P

Most beginners prefer a darker roast, it typically has more chocolate or caramel under notes, you are not going to want start with a strong coffee.

When she starts quickly eating the strawberries it just made me laugh bc that's exaclty how i am 😂. Whenever my nana or mom is making something with strawberries I just stuff them in before they notice 😂

The strawberry milk reminds me of something my grandma taught me: lingonberry jam in milk topped with crisp bread. It was a common snack in her family when she was growing up in the 1940s. Due to the food rationing during and after the Second World War, you couldn't just go into the kitchen and grab any snack you wanted but those three ingredients were something they had plenty of and anyone could have as much as they wanted of. A more global version would probably be strawberry or raspberry jam in milk topped with plain cereal.

Mia always has at least one fantastic one liner that sticks out to me! 😂 "This is where it gets confusing. So make sure you pay attention! Or just watch another video."

tips for that coffee: -only do one spoon ratio for the amount of cups so like one spoon of coffee one spoon of sugar and two spoons of water for each person. -i sweeten the milk and ice at the bottom of the cup before i add the topping - i also add a tiny bit of the whipped part into the milk and really mix it into the milk then add the rest at the top so that the flavor is more evenly distributed. and as you drink the coffee flavor will get stronger so it’s a more natural build to the flavor. DONT KNOW IF ANY OF THAT IS LIKE A COFFE SIN LOL i just really love how it turns out when i do it that way!

82 degrees Fahrenheit is not cool at all! Around 72-75 degrees Fahrenheit is a good temperature for me personally!!
