    Correct me if im wrong, but Better Help has been known to take advantage of their already vulnerable customers and provide little to no actual assistance and "therapists" who charge and who aren't even certified. A lot of other people have pulled out their better help ads and for good reason, and I think that you should look into that. Loved the song by the way!

    There are some metal bassists who slap but I'm surprised it's not more... Metal is so rhythmic that slap seems like a natural choice and it adds a whole new level of aggression

    Yeah that's a great place to start and works vice versa too. If you're stuck writing a bass line to go with a drum groove, start by playing notes with the kick, then add / subtract from there!

    I've been following you regularly for about a year or so now Charles, and I just gotta say as amazing as you are on the bass, I think your overall musicianship and song writing is just as good, of not even better. I've been checking out your tunes on Spotify, and it really is some of the best bass feature instrumental stuff there is, as far as your arrangements and melodies and whatnot. In those aspects I'd seriously put your stuff right up there with the solo stuff from Victor Wooten, Stu Hamm, or any of the other big names who do this kind of stuff. And on a side note, your videos have made chuckle more than once too, so overall keep doing what you're doing!

    God damn. I had alot of bass heroes when I was younger, but over the last few years I’ve realized you are the best. KZread videos are probably the money maker but you need to do side projects to get into the zeitgeist of popular music so you can be remembered by everyone, not just the musicians.
