If you fill the box with free dirt from the park, the pad will have a pleasing quality feel from the additional mass. Remember to bake the dirt in your oven on a low heat for an hour to drive off any moisture before cooling and adding to the box.

Not sure what will people think if a random foreigner is collecting sand in the park, but this box is sturdy so pressing the keypad really don't feel that awful.

Oh nice, I already have an old keyboard and some Pi Picos laying around. I'm going to give this a try.

Sounds great!, for that I have made another video since using old keys you will probably not be using the matrix layout for keys unless you want to use more then 15 keys

Thanks for sharing this! I use a wireless cheap numpad for macros. I use lua codes for macros mapping and it works pretty well. I recently uploaded a detail guide how to code in lua and made a template so that non-coding people can map their any keyboard for any software. The only problem is I used Lua Macros which is a exe file amd that code only can be read by lua macros software. So mac users cant use it. Do you have any idea how can I make that same lua code accessible for mac user? Hammerspoon can read lua from mac, but the lua code structure is bit different in lua macros. Any help?

I can have a look, I have similar issues with the macrokeyboard on mac as it does not work as an HID device, I have not used a MAC OS for more then 1 hour I would say, so I might be the wrong person to give advice on it but will see what I can find

Can we do this without the breadboard and instead use a bunch of jumper wires

Considering doing the expensive version, found these Pokémon keycaps looks really great but $25 dollar a key not really sure is it worth it, will have to reduce the number of keys then

If I was Mr. Beast I could, I saw some custom made key caps go for around $100 one. I think to end this whole series will just make a fully detailed course explaining the code and how to make PCB and then it was 4 videos related to macro keyboards
