⭐️ Tres Leches Recipe

INGREDIENTS
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup light brown sugar (packed)
1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 zucchini (grated)
1/2 cup walnuts or pecans (optional)
2 large eggs
1/3 cup cooking oil
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
9 x 5 x2 loaf pan
Bake at 350ºF / 176ºC for 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
If using an 8 x 4 x 2 loaf pan bake for 55 to 60 minutes

That zucchini bread looks delicious. One of the ladies at my dialysis center asked me to make zucchini bread. She loves my baking and I take them treats every once in awhile.
I've never tried putting the zuccini in with the dry ingredients. I'm definitely going to do that next time. Here's a tip ... spray the inside of your pan with cooking spray and then generously coat with cinnamon sugar - even up the sides, shaking out any excess. Not only does this make it super easy to remove your loaf from the pan, but the sugar carmelizes into a sweetly satisfying and slightly crunchy crust. 😋

I just wanted to let you know that every single recipe I have tried with success, with the exception of a few because I didn't have important ingredients on hand and never remembered to buy them by the time a new upload was posted. I also have to tell you that I make one of your dishes at least once a week, if not 2-3x a week 😁. They're SO easy to follow and don't require fancy or expensive ingredients that are hard-to-find. Your elements or essentials are accessible and your recipes are uncomplicated. As a busy (and tired...lol) mama of 2, myself, I can't put into words just how helpful and valuable your heart to share these recipes and ideas has been. Especially having a tight budget for groceries and a family that's so hungry close to dinnertime that I don't have an hour or two to mess with elaborate steps or attempting techniques a culinary degree requires 😂. Walnuts or pecans along with raisins. Love zucchini bread!! Mom would put orange zest in hers. Not sure of amount but oh so yummy!

When Angelica did the regular loaf I was thinking the same about banana bread💚💚.
This is a wonderful recipe. I made it yesterday-July 24-and it came out perfect. I added a scant half cup of mini choco chips. walnuts, and used sour cream in place of oil. I baked it in my 8 by 8 inch glass pan, sprinkled crushed pistachios on top. It took 1 hour to bake. I added a little bit of ground cloves,too. I've never made zucchini bread before,but this worked so well. Thanks!

As a fellow hispanic and Autism family who absolutely loves your cooking, could you some how possibly hi-light some successes you have had with cooking for your son? I love when you randomly mention him or we see is sweet face in a couple videos. We struggle so much with feeding our 7 year old boy with Autism. He is such a gift a shining light in our family but I want to do all I can for him to enjoy good home cooked meals. Thank you for all the great tips and recipes you share. ❤
Delish! I love making zucchini bread. Another favorite my family and friends love is chocolate zucchini bread. Like you did today on scaling back on the sugar, I also do the same thing on recipes I use. I love so many of your recipes and have made several.

Hi A!!! I really liked your recipe for today. I have bananas out in my kitchen ready to make bread tomorrow. I really like zuchinni bread. I have even blended 2 cups up in the blender froze thaw and made zuchinni bread. Always wondered why they call it bread instead of cake??? Loaf would sound better to me...Anyways yours looks super yummy... Its going to be a tasty lunch with your soup...Great Video my friend!!!...🦋

I've never heard or read that the amount of butter in baking needs to be double the amount needed if oil is being used. But I have heard over and over that if you decide to use butter, expect that if the baked item will be stored in the refrigerator, it will need to be brought to room temperature to reach ideal consistency before eating due to the fact that butter hardens when refrigerated.

I think that's an old wives tale. ½ cup of butter in that size loaf isn't going to have that kind of effect.

I have never made zucchini bread. I always make cake. My recipe uses 3 cups of zucchini. It will be awhile beefor I will have zucchini in my garden. Your bread gets a thumbs ip. Grandma Sue in central Indiana

Looks delicious. I wish instead of saying "2 zucchini" you would have said "2 zucchini - about 1/2 pound, or whatever they weigh". I have all different sized zucchini so a weight would be more helpful. Others may disagree though.

Hello, I'm getting ready to use your method to make this ! My question is.... what is the difference between your original recipe and this newest one ! The first one looks great but maybe you've improved it ? Thanks ! Did you remove any water from the zucchini first and if yes how
Notice the dense, gluey layer at the bottom of the zucchini bread when you cut it?
I see people using nutmeg would you recommend it?

Question: How come you don't get Lamb/Mutton Guisada seeing as you get Lamb/mutton stew, lamb/mutton curry, and lamb/mutton potjie etc?
I have never seen the lining in the pan. What is it?

Parchment paper ! Available at any store.....if you wade it into a ball first then it well easily fit into your pan !
my bread came out tasting salty
Didn't salt zucchini then rinse and drain? Just shred and add right to flour mixture?🥶
Followed the directions exactly. Was awful. Soggy. And baked it longer than directed.
